Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No moving the furniture in the house. Cleaning crew charges me if they have to move furniture.
No use of the wood burning stove. No Candles. No charcoal BBQ's. Fires are a real problem in Lake County....
For those that go last checkout without prior approval from landlord will be charged $75 per hour for every hour late of checkout.
