Cozy home on the channel. Snuggle up to a good book near the fireplace or sip wine on the deck that overlooks the channel. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home that has covered boat dock and is approx. 5 min boat ride to main lake. Spacious kitchen and open living room. The Gourmet Kitchen is designed in granite with designer colored cabinets, the appliances include a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, microwave, electric oven & is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes wine glasses and utensils you will need. Local grocery store is within walking distance from the home and Safeway is just a 10 minute drive to Clearlake.

Kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. Beds were clean and comfortable, and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Really special place - close to some hidden gems as well.

The place was very clean and felt like home. We enjoyed the fishing and bbq. Every appliance we needed was there. We only had to show up with food. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Clearlake.

We had a great time!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. Comfortable and fully stocked! The location is great, the Keys are perfect for paddleboarding and we kept our fishing boat at the dock with quick access to the main part of the lake. Neighborhood is quiet and good for dog walking. Looking forward to staying here again!

A fisherman dream and a happy wife.

Very quiet neighborhood and has multiple boat docks. Drove 6 hrs and they allowed my friends to check in early at the last minute. This was my second time staying here very kid friendly and wife love's it.

Great getaway, nice outdoor patio to relax, would be perfect for those with boat

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s house. The place was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We enjoyed relaxing outside with a view of the channel. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We would definitely return for another stay, especially with kayaks or equipment for water activities.

Great time- great hosts!

Had a very restful time with family. Even though an issue with the internet, the hosts made us “whole”. Will be back and relax in the future. Plenty of room to spread out yet be together.

Perfect little fishing trip!

We had a great time at this house! We went for a quick fishing trip with my husband and 2 kids. The kids loved being right on the water and dock and the arcade game! The house was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, towels and linens! Thank so much for sharing your home with us!

Family fun

I took my two sons fishing this weekend and we had a blast. Fishin was tough but we still had a lot of laughs. Great house, comfy beds. Boat dock was a plus. Will come back!!!!

Pebble Way Vacation Rental house

House was clean and comfortable. Children enjoyed video games and board games. We feed the ducks and a turtle. We saw an otter and blue heron. Everyone enjoyed the big TV.

Great home and location

House is so well equipped with every behind needed to enjoy time at the lake. The deck is awesome. Plenty of parking for vehicles and room for two boats. Will definitely come back to this property. Communication is immediate and they are so easy to work with.

Cozy home with water access!

My husband and our friends with their newborn all stayed for the Fourth of July and loved it. The house was very well stocked from towels, toiletries, to all things you’d need in the kitchen. The A/C was a must during the hot summer but the back patio was where we spent most afternoons grilling and hanging by the water! Located in north east side of the lake with small stores nearby but only 30 minutes from the larger towns as well! Highly recommend!

Everything was great well stocked very clean had a great time. There was only two issues when was ants and the other was the big coffee maker was hit and miss whether it worked. Thank you

Nice property but......

The house was nice and clean. We were not aware that the 3rd bedroom was in the same room as the laundry room. We were disappointed by the algae floating all around the deck. Looks like when the temperatures are high, some algae grows in the lake, The Keys were we stayed was full of it. We could not enjoy the outdoor because of the smell that the algae diffuse too.

Great location for our hiking and wine tasting

The property was centrally located for our activities which included hiking and wine tasting. Newly equipped kitchen with new flooring impressive. Large washer and dryer in the third bedroom area came in handy. A few minor problems were addressed by the owner's husband and did not affect our stay. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the deck overlooking the water. The Asian restaurant about a half mile away readily handled our dinner needs and the nearby Red and White Grocery Store was well stocked with anything we needed, saving a trip into Clear Lake. Property located in a quiet area. Overall, we had a positive experience. Thank you very much for allowing us to use your house

Nice upgrades and well equipped

We had another great stay. We have been here a few times and came away impressed with the care to small details and the upgrades that have continued. We have now stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is probably the most fully equipped we’ve seen. The canal is pretty gooped up so we opted to not use the dock but parking was good with the trailer.

I have fished on this lake for the past 7 years. I enjoy the peace and tranquility this area has to offer. The wildlife and birds are abundant.

Why they chose this property

Local area attractions include wineries, casinos, and concerts on the lake. Lake County is home to Clearlake, elevation 1,326 feet, the largest natural freshwater lake within California and possibly the oldest lake in North Clearlake is considered to be one of the top three bass fishing lakes in the world. The region is rich with historical and cultural resources, as well as recreational opportunities. Casinos, and cultural and historical resources. Lake County is just a 2-hour scenic drive from the San Francisco this hom- Amenities include a private boat dock, waterfront terrace, fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, wireless internet access, fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, and more

What makes this property unique

Several species of wild animals can be observed from the property’s deck and private boat dock, such as majestic black cormorants sitting in the tall trees across the waterfront and the wild sounds of frogs croaking in the early evening. Expect visits from blue herons, night herons, various kinds of ducks, and possibly even California otters playing on the boat dock or turtles basking in the sun! The dock can accommodate 2 boats up to 22 feet, and the Clear Lake boat ramp is nearby and free to use. Trophy-size largemouth black bass are regularly caught in this area and right off the dock during the spring and fall seasons - This truly is a fisherman’s paradise!
