The Space:

Kanab Vacation Villa #17 is sparkling new and designed with your comfort in mind! You'll love the open concept design, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. There's a walk-out patio with a larger yard than most units in the Crimson Cliffs development. Outdoor dining furniture is provided if you feel like grilling dinner and enjoying the peaceful summer evenings and take in the views. Don't feel like cooking? You're within easy walking or driving distance to terrific local restaurants. Come back and unwind around the fire pit in the fully fenced backyard and linger under the stars in style.



This condo is an end unit which provides more privacy and a larger floor plan. The main living area is equipped with a large Smart TV for internet-based entertainment (movies, live streaming, etc.). You'll find the high-speed internet means super fast streaming throughout the home. There's even an attached two-car garage available for your use for private, secure parking.



First Floor:



Living Area - Two comfortable sofas, chair, large Smart TV, ceiling fan.



Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen, kitchen island with seating for four, coffee maker, blender, toaster, muffin tin, cookie sheet, pots, pans, roasting pan, griddle, hand mixer, and lots of mixing bowls. Walk-in pantry, dining table with seating for four.



Backyard - Fully fenced, fire pit with seating, grass area, BBQ grill, lots of seating.



Guest Bathroom - Vanity with sink.



All bedrooms located on second floor:



Master Suite - King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, portable crib, private outdoor balcony with seating, ensuite bathroom.



Master Ensuite Bathroom - Large vanity, tub/shower combination, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner.



Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet.



Guest Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds twin over full, twin bed, closet, ceiling fan.



Guest Bathroom - Large vanity with sink, private toilet room, tub/shower combination, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner.



Laundry Room - Located on second level, full capacity washer & dryer, complimentary laundry soap.



Guest Access:

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Kanab Vacation Villa #17 is located in Kanab's newest development, Crimson Cliffs. Please note the address may not show up on some map programs due to the newness. If you need help finding the exact location please let our team at Zion Stays know, and they'll send you a direct pin.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
