Two master suites, each with a private bathroom, give the home a premium feel ideal for couples or families traveling together. After a day on the slopes or trails, the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind, and the BBQ is ready for outdoor meals and evening cookouts. Fresh mountain air keeps the home cool and comfortable throughout the warmer months.

Guest Access:

* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.

* Most check-ins are remote. Access instructions are sent on the day of check-in once the home is ready. Early entry is not permitted unless approved.

Getting Around:

Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport on a scheduled route. Convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. * Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 10 people, 10 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.

* Parking Details: Max of 4 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)

*Pets: This property is strictly not pet friendly. No pets or animals are allowed at all. We do not make any exceptions. This is due to medical reasons. Please do not sneak in pets, we will know. There is video surveillance on the premises. If pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet.



✅ Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

To ensure a smooth stay and compliance with local City regulations, please note the following:

* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed and will be required prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete it within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip.

* The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. Cancellation terms may vary by season or demand.

* The primary guest must be 24 years of age or older and present during the stay.

* No parties or events are allowed, per City ordinance.

*Quiet hours (10pm-7am) enforced by the City. No speakers or sound systems allowed. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.

* Trash must be taken to designated City clean sites, as required by local regulation. A disposal fee might apply for left behind trash.

* Hot tubs, when provided, operate in compliance with California safety standards, with a maximum allowable temperature of 104°F (40°C).

* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)

Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

*It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.

*This home does NOT have A/C

*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!
