The historic building has been thoughtfully renovated and retains the original charm while offering all-new modern finishes. The walkable location is unparalleled, offering one-of-a-kind access to downtown Black Mountain, as well as a quick 20-minute drive from all that Asheville has to offer!

Great location and very clean

Loved the location and size of this one bedroom apt with kitchen. The apartment was clean and crisp above a storefront on a Main Street in Black Mountain. I was unaware when I booked, but there was a music festival the same weekend, and the only negative to the place is lack of a dedicated parking spot.

Great location! Parking ok…probably more challenging in peak seasons. Bedding was adequate but not optimal. Lack of lamp lighting in the living area was a miss and the floor lamp in the bedroom has a bent light socket. Was surprised that the kitchen did not have coffee filters, nor a coffee scoop. Ceiling light in hall had a missing bulb and made the entry dark and made it difficult to engage the door lock pad. Top of fridge dirty and bathroom floor dirty. Furniture and accessories were dated and spartan in nature.
