Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first-floor end unit condo sleeps 6. Features new flooring and paint. Queen mattresses in both bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, a full-size kitchen and dining room, washer and dryer. Each bathroom is a shower /tub combination.

We are within a 5-minute walking distance of everything Auburn has to offer: Jordan-Hare Stadium, Neville Arena, Plainsman Field, tailgating, etc. Downtown shopping & dining options and Toomer's Corner is only 3 blocks away! The Original Momma Goldberg’s Deli is a 2 min walk, no need to drive once you arrive at College Square everything is walkable.

The living and dining area features a sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, a large TV with Roku, and a dining table that seats 4.
The full-sized kitchen provides you the option to cook if you don't feel like eating out at one of the many wonderful restaurants at Auburn. The Unit has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.

Two reserved parking spaces are just a few steps from our unit.

Great Place - Perfect Location

Our stay was wonderful! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and close to campus and downtown. Heather was very easy to work with and responded extremely fast to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!! The home was so clean, beautifully decorated and in the most perfect location for games, campus visits, etc. The hosts were great. Everything was very well stocked with cute little touches for guests. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Auburn.

We arrived and immediately could see updated furnishings. The family room is very cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Parking was easy and had two spots for us. PEEFECT!

We moved our Freshman into Oliv and this property was absolutely perfect for our family! Super comfortable and spacious bedrooms plus a great pull out couch. Quiet and incredible location to school, restaurants and shops! Awesome kitchen and den. Host was so responsive and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful AU/UGA game weekend!

This wonderful condo was perfect for our weekend stay in Auburn. It put us in perfect proximity to our child’s dorm, downtown, and the stadium. It was wonderful to have 2 parking places with no hassle! Thanks for the nice clean accommodations and the thoughtful touches you provided, coffee and Tide pods were most appreciated! We hope to come again!
