Location! We are located in the quaint fishing village of Punta de Mita which is outside the Punta Mita Resort. Distinguished by its enviable location directly in front of a popular surf break and world class ocean views of the entire Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre Mountains, the Marietta Islands, Vallarta city lights and not to mention the surfers and the breaching Humpback whales during the calving season.
This is a premium, boutique condo of two towers with only 12 owners combined, that only allows children over 11. This unit has the entire 4th floor of 6, so you have the entire floor exclusively. Light and bright and most importantly, 100% privacy allowing you to keep your oversized glass doors and drapes open full time without the worry of an outside audience. This condo is NOT a ground floor condo so you will have spectacular views and won't ever have to worry about your privacy and yet its just one flight of stairs up from the street level entry.

Open all the doors and let the cool breezes flood the place and you'll still have complete privacy. Go to sleep with crash of gentle waves just below. Only 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in the area, minutes to the marina
Infinity pool long enough to swim laps and a large, heated jacuzzi just above the beach with a palapa covered BBQ and outside kitchen.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised and the condo was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully detailed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the views were absolutely stunning! The property is very well maintained including the common areas, pool and hot tub. The beach is the best swimming beach in Punta Mita . An absolute gem.

Beautiful oceanfront condo! Breathtaking property right on the beach, just outside of the main area of town. Amazing views of sunrises and sunsets! Absolutely incredible. The condo was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Our family of five had more than enough space. The pool area was beautiful and clean as well. Access to the beach couldn’t have been simpler- a few steps down from the pool through a secured gate. The beach was gorgeous and great for swimming, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, etc. We spent hours on the beach each day and would pop up to the condo for lunch or sunset drink. Board rentals and surf lessons were available a short walk down the beach. Easy five minute walk to town and all of the great restaurants and shops. The walk to town was simple and always felt safe, but a few lots along the way were vacant and had overflowing areas of trash. The condo owners gave us excellent recommendations for activities and eating and we enjoyed everything they recommended. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return. A truly amazing condo in a great location.

Fantastic Place Condo.

This is a wonderful condo right on the beach with all the modern conveniences of home. The beds are comfortable, the main areas are spacious. Listen to the ocean waves and watch surfers while enjoying your favourite cocktail or wine. We highly recommend the place.

January Punta Mita Getaway

We had a great time in Curt's beautiful condo in Punta Mita. The space was very comfortable, very nicely decorated and had a kitchen outfitted with everything you could think of needing. The light housekeeping was wonderful. We have stayed in the same part of Punta Mita several times and this condo has to be one of the best we have stayed in. We like this location on the beach and super close to all the town offers. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back!

This charm of a rental is outstanding and the most beautiful. Pictures don’t do justice. It has everything you might need, from kitchen supplies, ice chest, sun umbrella and chairs, large shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, Sonos music, etc. the list goes on. Great pool and outdoor kitchen. The home is really cozy and the view is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is the best beach we saw with clear waters and gorgeous colors. Our family of 6 had a great stay and I highly recommended this condo. Who gets daily cleaning in a rental? This one does! Amazing time in Punta Mita

Fabulous Place in Punta de Mita

A gorgeous condo in prime location of Punta de Mita. Clean and simple with all the right amenities. Watch the birds, whales, surfers and boats from the deck. Easy beach access, nice pool and hot tub. Walk to town for great food or cook in the well appointed kitchen. A very relaxing space to spend your vacation! We'll be back :)

Best stay yet in Punta Mita!

We loved Curt's place at El Faro. The newly decorated condo is even better in person. We have stayed many places in Punta Mita and agreed this was by far the best. Right on the beach, great quiet pool and common area, and a close easy walk to downtown(s). There was nothing missing from out stay, beds were comfy, kitchen well-appointed, and the huge bonus of daily housekeeping. We stayed with our 17 and 19 year old nephews who spent the days surfing and evenings actually wanting to hang out with us! Thank you Curt for a great vacation. Elisabeth

Perfect!

The property was in the best location. It was right on the beach and had the perfect view of sunrises, sunsets, and surfers. I loved watching my kids catch a wave sitting by the pool or soaking in the hot tub! We felt safe walking to restaurants at night. Mina was our favorite. The beds were very comfortable; the space was very welcoming and had everything we needed. The manager, Roman, responded promptly and owner, Curt, provided many resources to make our vacation memorable. I highly recommend this property!

If you are a fan of PDM, then this place is for you, and it is right in the heart of it all. Condo is exceptional. Check in, daily cleaning, owner contact = top drawer. Pool is heavenly and the views exceptional. It is quite pricey w VRBO fees, taxes. etc. That might make us hesitate next year. Overall very good.

Spectacular Seaside Location

We had a wonder vacation and plan on returning. The property itself is even more beautiful in person than the photos. Stunning ocean views from every room and the huge balcony. Great infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Easy ocean access. Short walk to the marina for our fishing and snorkeling adventures. We used the outdoor kitchen to grill the mahi mahi we caught for fish tacos. Less than 5 minute walk to some fabulous waterfront restaurants. The market (Mercado Ollin) was a 10 minute walk and had the freshest fruits and vegetables including the best avocados i had ever had. A day trip to Sayulita was a short Uber ride less than $15.00 US each way. Already looking forward to the next trip.

Wonderful Stay

We recently stayed at this beachfront oasis, and had a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, offering more than enough room for our family to spread out and feel comfortable. The living area was open and airy, with large windows that let in tons of natural light and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The location was amazing – right on the beach, so we could easily walk down to the water whenever we wanted. The gentle sound of the waves was a perfect backdrop to our mornings and evenings where we would watch the sun rise and set daily. We loved being so close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet the condo itself felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Curt was responsive offering recommendations, and answers to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here. Might suggest a deck of cards or a board game. There is literally nothing in terms of entertainment outside of a TV.

Highly Recommend! This property is beautifully updated and exudes good vibes! Ocean views form every room and expansive outdoor terrace deck to lounge and enjoy. The house kitchen is stocked - just hit the grocery store and you're set. The hosts are great! Communication was easy and their extended staff was attentive and quick to respond to our needs/questions. Hosts also have great suggestions for activities. Easy walk to beach just down 2 flights of stairs. Pool/hot tub overlook beach as well. Relax and watch the world go by - VERY SAFE - all access is gated. Just a short walk to top rated restaurants and town shops. Don't miss the local taco stand (Theresa's) and Churros in the neighborhood! Top Notch Property. We will be back!

Perfect beach location, stunning property and unit

This unit is stunning. The ocean views are spectacular. The condo is beautifully styled and spacious. The furnishings are comfortable and practical. The double master bedrooms both had king beds and ocean views. The balcony had outdoor dining and comfy couches and chairs with end tables. Kitchen was fully stocked. The building has an infinity pool and hot tub and direct beach access. It was never crowded and we had occasional chats with friendly unit owners. Very comfortable loungers and plenty of shade and sun. There is a sandy beach with surf break directly in front. The waves weren’t big but safe for beginners and boogie boards. Whether in bed, living room, balcony, hot tub, or pool, you always have the view to ocean and surfers. It was so relaxing. So what are the draw backs? There are some rocky areas of beach depending on tides. But there are enough patches of sand you can easily work around. The town is small and only a little touristy, not sanitized like a big Mexican resort area. The town has areas of trash and odors, but nothing in or around the property. There was some plastic trash sometimes on the beach. There are some really fun restaurants. It’s a bit of a drive to big grocery stores and tourist attractions. But if you just want to pool, beach, and chill, there is no better place. We used the private chef and greatly enjoyed the husband and wife team. This was one of our most relaxing and favorite vacations. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Lovely Home on a beautiful Beach

This property is beautiful and the condo is lovely. Great location - we came without a car and had no problem walking to restaurants, shops, and the little market at Plaza Olin (we also enjoyed the café in plaza Olin for breakfast - there's also two cash machine's in the plaza - one USD and one Peso's.) Too many good food options in town - La Rustica and Mina were favorites for dinner. Don't miss the gallery/boutique in La Rustica! There's also a great cafe in the entry to Mina that's a closer and lighter option than the one in Olin plaza. The unit itself is great - we only used the primary bedroom and the bed and linens were great. We didn't do any cooking in but the kitchen had a great flow, appliances, and seemed well equipped. If you plan to cook, do note that there wasn't any cooking oil or spices etc. We did grill on the barbecue down by the pool which was also fantastic! The pool area is very relaxing. The resident iguanas were a fun bonus down there! Also the beach in front of the unit is really the best in the area - nice soft sand with a consistent gently break. We took a taxi from the airport and, per Chris's suggestion, stopped at La Comer Super Market on our way to stock up on essentials. We let the taxi driver know that we wanted to do this so the stop and wait was included in his price - it worked great. We also took an Uber to Sayulita one day - it was fun to visit but we were happy to return to peaceful Punta Mita! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

You cannot beat the location of this unit. You are literally 30 feet from the ocean. The place is clean, light, and airy....everything was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need...from a blender to a milk frother for your coffee. The complex is quiet, safe, and the pool is wonderful, and other condo owners are all very friendly and welcoming. There are amazing restaurants just a short walk down the beach or right across the street behind the unit. We have stayed in several units up and down this strip of beach, and this is by far our favorite location. We love to open the slider doors, the kitchen window, and the front door to keep a good cross breeze going... though the aircon works well too. There is a gentle surf break (Stinky's) just a hundred or so feet down the beach from the condo, with the La Lancha break just a short boat ride away. Paddle and surfboard rentals are available right on the beach. We love how chill this area is and will definitely be back.

Hola! Our family has always enjoyed traveling and exploring new places but Punta Mita captured our hearts. We love the vibe pace and rhythm of life in this quaint fishing village, the friendly people, the unique cultures of the surrounding villages, and the wide variety of things to do.

Why they chose this property

.We've been coming to Punta Mita since 2008 and our family loves it here. We finally decided we loved it enough to make it our second home. Our little neighborhood, Emiliano Zapata, has the best of both worlds- local juice and taco stands, coffee shops, fresh made churros, and local restaurants and is just a short walk away from the 5 star restaurants on restaurant row.
