Rayanns Family-friendly Away From It All! (Ann)

The astronauts looking down from space identified the Exumas in the Bahamas as having the most exquisite waters (a million shade of blue, aquamarine, greens, clear white) in the universe!

Rayann's Beach House @ Three Sisters' Rocks, located 5 minutes drive from the airport, and 15 minutes from George Town, the main town of Great Exuma Island, is a 2-story town house that has two x 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms apartments. For each unit, the upper level houses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private balcony. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the sea. Downstairs is the kitchen area, a half bathroom, and an open area with a dining and a lounge area. A double French door leads to a private verandah with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are ceiling fans in every room and central airconditioning for when the island breezes are not cool enough.
The Sandals Resort (formerly Four seasons)Greg Norman Golf Course and Marina can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Grocery stores, a health facility, and banks are found in George Town. Local restaurants and other places of interest can be found in the information booklet provided at the beach house.
Swimming with the pigs/feeding the sharks is a must do boat tour to the Exuma Cays!

Our stay was wonderful! Our hosts welcomed us with cold drinks in the fridge and delicious coconut bread upon arrival. We woke up to a gorgeous view of the sun rising every morning from our bedroom! There were lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, plenty of snorkel gear and great beach chairs too.This was such a special place to stay on the island. A special thank you for the birthday cake you delivered to me. We loved our stay at Rayanns beach house.

We loved staying at RayAnns. We wanted a house that was directly on beach & it was fabulous. You could see everything from the house. All the beautiful views and the house was perfect for our group. The house was perfectly clean & stocked with everything you would need. Our host was wonderful. She met us at the house with the most delicious warm homemade bread that we enjoyed throughout our week stay. There were several dogs on the island that we fell in love with. They hung out with us throughout the week. Out hosts had a folder with all the things to do in Exuma and restaurants to try. We will definitely be back. The people on the island are so delightful.

Our stay at Rayanns was magical. Mildred was so nice upon arrival, the place was so clean (the cleanest of any rental I've had). The view was just magical. We appreciated the bread, as well as the extra drinks in the fridge and they offered to get groceries for us and everything was fresh and well chosen. Everything we needed was there as we cooked mostly at the rental. To be noted 3 sisters beach is not sheltered so as we had a mostly windy week, the waves were big! We wanted to explore the island so not a big deal for us. Thank you for an amazing week! Highly recommend.

Amazing Host in Paradise

Our hosts were warm and friendly, the house is perfectly provisioned with beach chairs and towels and even some snorkeling gear. They were so warm and accommodating— we had to shift our dates because of flight delay, and they were willing to shift the stay. Highly recommend this place- it is right on a super quiet beach!

Perfect getaway

Excellent property. Mildred was waiting for us at the home when we arrived to explain everything and see if we needed anything. There were neighbors, however, we could not hear them at all. Overall a great place.

The location is fantastic and the home is super clean. You will need a car and the owner can recommend a private rental. Kitchen is well equipped and recommend you bring in as much food as possible. Freeze your meats and grill baby grill!!!!

Mildred and Isadora were incredible hosts! Fromthe birthday cake they made for my wife, to the wonderful bread we received upon arrival, they thought of everything! Beautiful location and excellent snorkeling spot. We will stay here again. We have been to Exuma multiple times and this is arguably our favorite spot.

Girls Trip to Exuma

Such a great place to stay. Everything was perfect from an easy check in to check out. The home was clean and plenty of towels for the beach. Nothing better than a cup of coffee on the porch with an amazing ocean view. I can't wait to go back.

Excellent spot in Exuma!

This is such a great property. The sunrise is spectacular! We had the beach to ourselves during our stay. Being able to see their gorgeous view from inside the house eating area, living room, and master bedroom upstairs was also a bonus. You can spend time outside on the deck or head straight to the soft, white sandy beach. We were able to snorkel there on days that were calm. The interior is light, bright, and airy. Enjoy!

Absolute Paradise

Stunning beach. We were practically the only ones on the beach most of the time. Beautiful turquoise water and soft white sand. You can hear the waves crashing even when the windows and doors are closed. Place was very clean and has everything you need. They left a delicious homemade bread for us. Can't wait to come back!

This property has sentimental value for my family because it was passed down through the generations. The property can not be sold and maybe this is the reason why I can own a beach house.
