Very responsive and accommodating owner. Great location, with beautiful views. Can walk to the Rusty an anchor or February Point Marina in 2 minutes. Short drive into town for groceries. Very safe with 24/7 security. This was our second stay at this house, and hope to be back

We really enjoyed our stay at Aris Key. The home was beautiful. The views were spectacular. It was perfect for snorkeling with little kids and adults too. You can rent a boat and bring it up to the dock but not leave it there, but it was convenient for loading and unloading. Kiara was an excellent contact and helped us with a few issues that we had along the way not with the house, but with surrounding area getting to and from places, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was an amazing place to stay. It’s very close to Georgetown. Plenty of room for 6 people. Snorkeled right off the deck. Saw lots of fish, some starfish, a stingray and turtle. It’s a short walk to the beach club and restaurant. Everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed seeing the smiles from the gate attendants every day! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location fished and snorkled off the dock every day! fish, rays turtles and sharks all swiming past as sit looking out over the beautiful sea! Restaurants and groceries a short walk (but easier with a car). House had everything we needed and so much space. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to experience a bit of paradise! Sunday hog roast at chill on stockings island is a must (short water taxi if you dont have a boat) Beach, pool and tennis were great additions to the most fun we have ever had on a holiday.

The house was amazing. Everything was as pictured. Beautiful ocean views. My only complaint would be the February Point facilities: at least 60% of the gym equipment is Out of Order. The Hottub in the beach club is Out of Order. And they don’t have tennis rackets to play in the tennis courts.

Fabulous stay

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Aris Key, the property is beautiful and on a beautiful bay, we were able to rent a boat and keep it at the Marina and use it as a base to explore the areaThe house had everything we needed, good internet and air conditioning and in a great location very near the town.Would definitely stay again if we chose to come tone ima again in the future

Perfect location!

We loved February point and being so close to everything but also easy to explore the island up north or down south. The house has everything you need, is beautifully decorated and we could sit on the dock or porches and enjoy the water all day! The house itself seems older and needs some repairs (cracking walls, tiles, etc) but we had an incredible stay regardless. Can’t wait to visit again!

What A View

This was our 2nd trip to February Point and this house did not disappoint. Large bedrooms - wrap around balconies - a deck that had the best view of Stocking Island and all the boats - just a great house that made for a great trip.

Perfect week

We stayed at Aris Key .. a beautiful house in February Point Exuma. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Nicely decorated with a great dock to sit and take in the beautiful view. A beautiful pool and beach just a short walk away with food and cocktails Juan was very responsive to our every question and we will definitely be back!

This is the second year we have stayed in Arista Key in February Point Exuma The house was once again perfect. Beautiful neighborhood, restaurant pool beach all great. Juan was incredibly helpful. We’ll be back
