Luxury waterfront pool home with dock.

Step in and feel the luxury. This home is fully updated, very clean, and equipped for comfort. The view to the sparking clean pool, paver deck, and boat dock is amazing. Sit out back under the palms and relax, watch for manatees in the canal, or pull your boat up to the floating dock and prepare for a day of fishing, scalloping, swimming in the springs, or manatee watching. The water in the canal is spring fed fresh water.

Don't have a boat- rent one or sign up with a guide and pick your adventure. There are several large springs in the area that the manatees love. If you like to explore- use the kayaks provided on site and set out on an adventure. You never know what you may see. There are also nearby rental locations for additional kayaks, paddleboards, water bikes, and snorkel gear.

At the end of the day enjoy a dip in the pool, BBQ, and watch the sunset from the back patio, find a favorite spot in town, or on the water. There are many to see it from. Covered screened porch for those days that may be hot or rainy-- this is Florida wait 5 minutes and the weather will change is what us natives always say!!!

This is a golf cart friendly area so bring your cart or rent one for your stay. One of the best ways to get around to all the shops and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. The office with a TV is its own oasis with pockets doors to close off for privacy while working or kids quiet space with games. Kitchen is fully equipped just like home. Whip up your meals and eat on the screen porch at the end of the day and relax. A nighttime swim or a shower in the huge main bath is sure to get you ready to settle into one of your very comfortable beds.

Everything you need for your stay is within minutes. No cleaning fee charged by the owner for stays 5 days and longer if you keep up the home and follow check out procedure!! VRBO service fee includes their fee, state, and local taxes. Sorry NO PETS.

Such a perfect spot! The home was beautiful, as pictured and so well appointed: w/laundry, pool toys, kayaks, cooking items, plenty of towels, etc. Darlene is the a terrific host too. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome, between the pool and the deck (fishing), the kids had a great time and so did the adults. We did day trips to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa, Rainbow River and more, and this was a great--centrally located and amenities to help keep everyone entertained and relaxed in the evenings. Darlene is very communicative and the place is very clean and seemed to have everything we needed. I found the place to be nicer than the photos.

Gorgeous Crystal River Home!

This home is the perfect layout with upgraded finishes, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The pool was the perfect relief from the hot days and the boat dock was big enough for multiple boats. The owner was so sweet and went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. This house is a 10 out of 10 and we’d definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Home

Lovely home, amazingly clean and pet free. Everything we needed to have a nice family getaway. Well stocked chef's kitchen, where we all could gather. Also, several kayaks to use. Owners were very nice and attentive.

Geoffrey and his family were wonderful guests. The home was left very clean, no damage, and my neighbors said they were very quiet. Geoffrey let us know there was a small leak in the main bathroom drain, he turned off the water supply to it, and left a note in the sink not to use. I hope they return some time.

Beautiful home with everything you can ask for to make vacation easy - from dryer sheets and detergent, to coffee pods and sweeteners, Darlene and Aaron made sure to have the details covered. Comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent floorplan and setup. We 100% will be back to this home again :)

High end quality large home

I wish I could give this house more than 5 stars! Everything has been thought of by the owner. Anything I needed was there. The space in the house was great for the 7 adults that were together for a rainy week when we were homebound. The quality of the furnishings were high end and very well appointed. Very clean!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

You can't beat this fresh water spring area in Crystal River. This is a family neighborhood so you can walk and talk to a variety of people both locals and vacationers. Everyone always seems to be happy. Life is good in Crystal River.

What makes this property unique

We are on a fresh water canal with cool spring fed water. The home has never flooded so there is not the issue of underlying mildew and mold or that musty smell so many waterfront homes have. It is private, freshly remodeled, very clean, and so comfortable. The huge pool is refreshing and just a pleasure to sit out by day or night. For those cool evenings the fire pit is a must.
