Gives you a warm inviting feeling when you first walk in. Everything was so clean and so neat. We were there for Thanksgiving and had all the comforts of home even for cooking everything. It was a perfect location not too far from downtown and not too far from the beach.Looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!

This is a really nice home and very clean. The host is excellent, welcoming, and responsive. The smart TV does not receive over-the-air broadcasts, but you can use your own subscriptions.

Mrs.Tammie was amazing from the start of our booking this home until we check out. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, spacious and located near the Pensacola Beach and many shops. We where very comfortable staying there

Great stay

This property was an awesome place to stay. It was way too much room for my husband, dog and I but it was the best rate for the location we wanted to stay at so it was perfect! Would definitely recommend this property for groups!!

Palm House is Fantastic!

This property was perfect for our needs. Close to everything we needed and exactly as described in the listing. The property owner was extremely communicative and was very accommodating. Perfect

I am more than happy to have found this place, so much space for each of us, all clean, comfortable, we were able to cook with all utensils needed, everything available. The communication with the owners was great, I recommend this place 100 %!

Everything we needed

We stayed for a long weekend to visit my son who is in the Navy. Great central location, very clean and well kept property. Helpful folder with recommendations. Communication was good with owners. We had everything we needed, would stay here again.

My granddaughter had a cheer competition we stayed 3 nights it was perfect we enjoyed the house so much they had yard games card games Tammie was amazing I would definitely recommend this house and we will definitely get it next year if it is available!!

After visiting a few years ago to celebrate our anniversary, we fell in love with the white powder sandy beaches. Then, after visiting more frequently, found the area to have so much to offer in great food, festivals, live music, and art and decided to make the area a more permanent destination.
We hope that you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This is a great location because it is a quiet neighborhood that is just a quick walk to the center of downtown Pensacola for restaurants, the pier, bars, festivals, shops and more! And, its only about a 12 minute drive to Pensacola Beach with the most beautiful white sandy beaches.

Our property is great for just a few nights, or for longer stays, with a fully fenced in backyard, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a roomy living room with open kitchen to enjoy for all!
