Just on the other side of the 3 white fountains and John Martini sculpture is the historic 1880`s Cigar Maker cottage with a cozy upstairs. It was completely renovated in 2021. Entering your private courtyard with seating, enclosed shower, 4 person spa, you open your door to a soft blue pallete of colors, super comfortable sofa, chairs, Alexa, Smart TV, bluetooth speaker, closet with Dyson vacuum, iron/board and an extra stool. The adjacent kitchen has a refrigerator/ice-maker, 4 burner electic stove, microware, blender, coffee maker (coffee, sugar, creamer in the frig), dishwasher and everything you might need to prepare a full meal (Weber gas grill is by the Family Pool) or just heat leftovers. The granite countertops includes a dining bar with 4 swivel bar stools to watch the chef or enjoy a meal. The shower features a tumbled marble shower with seat, is large with sliding glass doors, a 17" high toilet and vanity with hairdryer for your convenience. All bath amenities are included-body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Downstairs is a mini-split AC/heat, ceiling fan and recessed lighting for your comfort.

Going upstairs (not great for physically impaired) you enter the cozy large make-up table area with mirrors and USB charging ports across from the 1/2 bath with another 17" toilet and vanity enclosed with a pocket door. On one side is the king bedroom with a 12" memory foam mattress, bedside tables with USB charging ports, recessed lighting, dresser, closets and smart TV. The other side of the half bath is the queen bedroom with a 12" memory foam mattress, smart TV, dresser, closet. Both bedrooms have mini-split AC/heat to make the temperature perfect for each bedroom.

You can access all common areas of the compound, outdoor shower, bathroom by pool, washer/dryers after 5 pm, Weber gas BBQ grill, heated Family Pool with veranda at the rear with all kinds of games to enjoy and the Adult`s Only heated Pool across the street at 915, behind Caribbean Cottage.

Bicycle lockup at entrance to property. Just give us a call 5 minutes prior to arrival for a parking spot, if you came via vehicle. If you have an EV, please let us know a few days prior before so we can arrange a charge for you.

Housekeepers and groundsman/maintenance are on the property daily from 9-5. You will receive included daily housekeeping from 9-11 or 3-5. If you have a pet and don't wish to receive housekeeping, just let us know by text.

We are 1/2 block off Duval Street and Truman Ave, a quiet vacation rental neighborhood with moped/bicycle/golf cart rental services at the corner, as well a a great Cuban restaurant. 24 hour CVS and a Subway are just across Truman.
