THE PROPERTY: If you are looking for that tropical island vibe, look no further! Both sections of this casual home are comfortably furnished. Located on a teeny tiny quiet lane, you will find Bohemian bits indoors and lush landscaping outdoors.

The front section of this duplex (SOLARIS COTTAGE) has a covered front porch, sunny walls, and Florida furnishings. The open concept living room and dining area lead to the fully equipped kitchen including a gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. From your white bedroom with reading chair and dresser storage you may access the outdoor area. The bathroom has a window, single sink, and tub/shower combination.

The rear section of this duplex (SOLARIS GARDEN) has warm wood tones, exposed beams and an open concept living area. A bright kitchen and island seating have all you need to enjoy a meal. A white bedroom with dresser and closet storage is separated from the main living area by a partial wall and a draped entrance. The bathroom is cozy and bright with a pedestal sink, tiled walk-in shower, and shelf storage. Outdoor amenities meant to be shared with others in your group include a deck under a giant Banyan tree, a grill, and an outdoor washer and dryer. SOLARIS PAIR-A-DISE provides two separate spaces for you to enjoy a casual carefree vacation with your extended family or friends.
SOLARIS PAIR-A-DISE consists of both front and back sections of a first-floor duplex home, and each has their own entrance. SOLARIS COTTAGE occupies the front section of the duplex and SOLARIS GARDEN occupies the back section of the duplex.

BED CONFIGURATION: Each queen bedroom is adorned with bedside tables, lighting and dresser storage.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: This duplex home has an outdoor garden area, deck, chairs, grill, and washer/dryer.

PARKING: By renting both sections of this duplex home, you have access to a small parking space for a compact car. Please note this home is on a tiny, one-way lane.

LOCATION: The property is in Old Town, North of Truman Avenue and just a block and a half from Duval Street. You are just a short walk or bike ride to many tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries including Mallory Square, known for breathtaking sunsets and performers.

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

Perfect place in Old Town

It was great to have the use of a washer and dryer as well. The ceiling fans and AC cooled the units nicely. There's a nice outdoor area where we had breakfast in the morning. The only issue we encountered was that the lights in the front room flickered a lot, and the TV seemed to have a mind of its own, turning off and on by itself. Overall it was a great stay.

What an amazing house!

Two couples stayed here and we each had our own house and it’s was prefect! The location is perfect. One block away from Duval St, which you don’t hear any of the noise! It was also a huge plus on having a parking spot at the house! We were able to fit a RAV4 and 2 scooters in the driveway- which definitely recommend over a golf cart!

Best Location in Key West

This property is just perfect for a stay in Key West. We rented both units and they were well equipped, beds were comfortable, they were very clean, and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to everything in Old Town. Parking at the units is very small but we backed in a small Tucson Hyundai and were able to make it fit. Communication with the management company was excellent. We only have one recommendation and that is to clarify the VRBO posting. It is hard to understand that there are two one bedroom apartments and they are separate and can be rented separately. We needed both units, but it looked like you could book them individually too.

Loved Our Key West Stay

My husband and I loved our Key West Weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to find the location on a very quiet street, surrounded by large shade giving trees. I was also surprised that there were two separate one bedroom/one-bathroom apartments with a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Both were lovely with an individual charm. The units were very clean, and the management company was on top of everything from before check-in to check-out. OH! You can just leave your car after arrival and walk everywhere - the location was that perfect!!!! We will surely go back. SOLARIS PAIR-A-DISE is surely a little bit of a get away heaven on earth.

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in Key West, the house was wonderful, with the 2 separate apartment style rooms downstairs we were able to have privacy and time spent with my parents. They stayed in the back room with the beautiful garden area, and we stayed in the front. A golf cart fit perfectly in the small parking area and was great for getting around all week. The house location is perfect for quite peaceful time, and just minutes from all the fun and noise of Duvall Street. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Definitely on our visit again list. The management concierge team was so helpful and kind to deal with, they helped us book our excursions, golf cart and even provided lots of information and suggestions.

Solaris Pair-A-Dise

First time to Key West. In town for my daughter's wedding. This unit was perfect for 2 couples looking for privacy. The property is divided in two with separate living quarters for each couple. The location is ideal. Less than 5 minute walk to Duvall. Loved it!!!
