This executive style rental is located on a corner lot in the heart of Lake Norman in a highly desired neighborhood within Cornelius. Whether you're traveling solo, with friends, family or pets, you are walking distance to several top spots like the Waterman, 131 Main, Cork & Cask or local breweries like Eleven Lakes, Ass Clown, or D9 Brewing. If you want to catch a local cover band, you can walk/bike to the Boatyard or take a midday stroll on the Caldwell Station Creek Greenway.
Walking distance to retail/restaurants and the Boatyard live music venue. Only a couple of miles from the marina or some of my favorite waterfront dining spots, like Port City Club or Hello Sailor. Minutes from Birkdale Village and only 22 minutes from downtown Charlotte. Several top golf courses nearby like the Peninsula Club or Trump National. Only 45 mins from Yadkin valley wineries.
