Relax, unwind, and enjoy your free time at this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation home tucked away on a quiet cove of Lake Norman w. access to the main channel. This property has plenty of privacy for your family and pets and it is located close to all stores, restaurants and attractions. Park your boat at the property's private dock after a day on the water or boat to dinner or Sunday brunch.

Using the regular coffeemaker or Keurig, start your morning sunrise with a cup of joe in the screened in porch with beautiful pitched wooded ceiling above or you can gather on the large sunny deck. Overlooking the peaceful waterfront, listen to the songbirds chirp while enjoying the pleasant breeze coming from the lake. Keep your eyes peeled for turtles sunbathing around the cove and a heron who likes to hang around the dock!
The kids will delight in being able to fish right off the dock. Slip away for a fun waterside lunch by boat to several restaurants within 2 miles. If you have your own boat or choose to rent one from one of the local marinas, you can dock it right at the house!
Wrap up the day by swinging on the porch swing on the downstairs patio and covered gazebo with bar area and breathing in the fresh lake air. Watch the sunset over the water before heading inside to end the evening in the basement, a great spot for the group to spend quality time watching movies or playing games.

Overall a good place to stay. Turi was great with communication. There were 4 of us..two adult's two teens..we were never in each others way. Found the kitchen to be stocked with enough cookware,dishes etc.Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We liked the proximty off the water,worked good for us and our jet skis. Refuge from the storm

The house provided a beautiful place to rest and recharge for several family members displaced by Hurricane Helene. There was plenty of space for five adults and three dogs. Turi & Steve were understanding and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home.

Great relaxing time in Lake Norman

We had a great time at Paradise Found! We stayed for the month of March to follow our 2 College Lacrosse Goalies (1 in South Carolina and 1 in North Carolina). It was perfectly located between the two! The house has so many great places to relax and enjoy views of the lake. Everything was very clean and well appointed. We had several family members join us over the month and everyone was comfortable! We even got a bit of fishing in too! Turi and Steve were great hosts as well. We highly recommend Paradise Found!

We loved the house and how it was laid out. It worked perfectly for us. The outside areas were also great, including the fenced in yard for the dogs. The only issue is the dock needs to be repaired. It is dangerous.

Family vacation

We were happy to find a location that was clean inside and in a good neighborhood. Some things that didn’t work well for our two week stay were the unsafe dock for our boating and swimming. The maintenance to the screened in porch shown in the pictures of the property is needed, the screen has completely detached from the structure and blows open allowing mosquitos to enter when sitting outside.

Nice house. Plumbing was noisy but worked. Unstable dining room table leaves were a concern. On the other hand, the tranquil location, generous outdoor spaces (especially the screened deck) and fenced in back yard were much appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful!

This house was just wonderful! It was spacious and clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were so many places to sit in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and view the LAke. Our only complaint is that we were in town for a wedding and didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked! Such a great experience!

Fireworks & Relaxation

The house is in a terrific location. The cove is quiet and wonderful. The marina is a very short boat ride. The outdoor seating was great and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. Great location to find a spot and watch fireworks. We spent the majority of our time outside and on the water. I highly recommend Pomodoro’s Italian restaurant, delicious. Renata was great to communicate with, provided all the details to the house, where to launch our boat and local recommendations.

Wonderful home on the lake!

We had an awesome stay! The house was very clean and supplied all we needed for an extended Memorial Day weekend. There was plenty of room to gather as a group or spend quiet time relaxing and reading in the many nice sitting areas. The house is in a private area but very close to shopping and restaurants. The neighbors were very friendly. There was so much to do on the lake! We boated, kayaked, fished, and swam during the day and spent time around the fire pit in the evenings. We didn’t want our stay to end! I highly recommend this wonderful home!

A great vacation!!!

Had a blast!!! Wife and I went up there with our two pups to fish a bass tournament. The house was great...clean, all the amenities, and a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Outside the dock was also great. I felt confident tying my boat up to it a leaving in the water all week. Wed go out fish, come back eat lunch and then fish some more...it was awesome. Mwe will return!!!!

The property was nice, we chose this property because they accept pets. Overall clean. They had towels for showering and toilet paper which was nice. The kitchen did not have a washcloth, sponge or dish soap. I was also unaware we would have to unload the dishwasher upon arrival. The mattresses are not comfortable. The bathroom set up is not great (two toilets in basement with one bedroom, one toilet upstairs with three bedrooms). Basement shower has nice pressure, upstairs showers has extremely low pressure.The kitchen was very unorganized. No large serving dishes. We had 6 people in our party and seating areas and tables are set up for parties of four. I would stay again as it is a good price however I would need to bring extra supplies.

This lake front cottage is a special gem we hope you and all of your guests will enjoy. There is tons of outdoor space and areas for everyone to gather and relax together or privately..

What makes this property unique

Our house has access to the main channel of the lake and is close to boat in restaurants and activities. There are two marina's less than a mile from the house and our lot has plenty of room for parking a boat and trailer in addition to cars.
