Phenomenal experience! Excellent communication with our host. The cabin was perfect for our family get together. Loved the layout of cabin as it accommodated privacy for couples and the kitchen / dinning room / living room were perfect for all to relax.

This cabin is beautiful. Extremely well appointed and has everything you need. However when issues arose, our interactions with the owner were extremely unpleasant. We are a roadtrip family and have never experienced anything as bad. We were relocated by VRBO and issued a refund for 50% of our stay. Our rating is based on the interactions with the owner and not the cabin itself. As stated above; the cabin is beautiful and as pictured.

The reservation was originally made for two adults. Upon arrival, the group included three additional guests and a pet that had not been disclosed or approved in advance, which is required per our listing and house rules. When we addressed this and applied the appropriate fees, the situation became difficult to resolve directly. At that point, we involved Vrbo for support. After reviewing the details, Vrbo upheld our policies, ensured proper compensation for the unauthorized guests and pet, and ultimately assisted with relocating the reservation. We take great pride in providing a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests, and we’re always happy to accommodate when expectations are clearly communicated ahead of time.

Wonderful winter getaway

This property was perfect for our needs. Our family loved the beauty and seclusion of Tollgate Canyon and location near Park City. The cabin is spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. Appreciated the thoughtful details, such as bath robes, games, and sleds for the kids. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful.
