Get away to this cozy home, close to several tubing outfitters on the Guadalupe River (@ the 4th crossing), 3 miles from Canyon Lake Dam, 2 miles from Whitewater Amphitheater or enjoy a day pass to Camp Fimfo Water & Amusement Park during your stay! This convenient location between the river and the lake gives you plenty of options to enjoy the hill country. Restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores are within a mile of our place. Enjoy day trips to Wimberly, Gruene, New Braunfels or San Antonio. Hiking trails, zip lines, caves, and water parks are conveniently located too! Come back and relax on the front porch, barbecue in spacious backyard, sit by the fire pit, or lay under the starry night! This 3 bedroom, two bath home is tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. (Beds: Queen, Full and Twin with trundle)

Drive to downtown New Braunfels (17 miles), Gruene Historic District and Gruene Music Hall (13 miles), Schlitterbahn Water Park (15 miles), Natural Bridge Caverns (23 miles), Wimberley Village, winery and swimming holes (18 miles). San Antonio Airport (37 miles).

Lovely place!

Magda's place was perfect for us. There were 5 of us, we had plenty of room, and the stay was great. The neighborhood is quiet and a great spot for a getaway! Magda was always very quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend and would stay here again without a doubt.

Home Away from Home

We were very impressed with everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The house is spacious and had plenty of room. The front porch and backyard were our favorite spots for our morning coffee and evenings of relaxing. We will definitely book again next summer when we return for our nieces graduation. It felt like home which made our vacation even better. A special thank you to the hosts for providing an amazing home away from home.

La Casita is in Sattler, very close to Canyon Lake and Guadalupe River and Whitewater Amphitheater. It borders New Braunfels and Canyon Lake, 40 minutes from San Antonio, 35 minutes from San Marcos and one hour from Austin! Whitewater Amphitheater, an infamous outdoor concert venue is only 2.5 miles from La Casita. Hiking, Swimming, Boating, Fishing, and Tubing are the main attractions in the area. Day trips can easily be taken to Wimberly and Gruene within 20 minutes so why not visit some of the best small cities in Texas! Exploring possibility are endless!
