The Rio unit offers fully furnished like-home accommodations. This 3 bedroom/2 bath villa is equipt with 1 King, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa accommodating 8 guests total.
It is uniquely decorated and comes well stocked with full-kitchen amenities, a regular coffee maker, a washer/ dryer, fine linens, and Wifi capabilities. BBQ pits are available for cooking under the shade of our pecan trees while relaxing with family and friends.
Twin River Villas is conveniently located for fun in all directions.

This 6 unit, two-building triplex can accommodate up to 40 guests, making Twin River Villas perfect for large family reunions, special events, and retreats. If you book all 6 units we are happy to give you 15% off of each unit's rental rate. Please call our office for this special.

Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees:
$25/day
$125 PET Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.
