This charming and completely private studio has a Queen-size bed and, a recently upgraded kitchen with a gas range. TV with Roku. Wifi.
and Washer/ Dryer.
There is a parking permit fee of $75.
You will need to apply for the permit. Let me know if you have questions.
A parking permit allows you to park on the street, however, parking can be very limited.

If you rent for 30 days there is a $465 tax charged by the city of Portland.
If you rent for 31 days, there is no tax.
