Perfect Downtown Location!

I spent a month at this apartment and had a great time. Great amenities, I felt like I had everything to cook with. All the appliances were good, the window unit kept the apartment cool even when a heat wave hit. I would definitely stay here again! Very walkable and the grocery store and coffee shop nearby were a lifesaver!

Fantastic place

Loved staying at Kevin's condo. The apartment itself is great. Very bright, beautiful furnishings and is stocked with everything you need. It's also really centrally located which I loved. I could walk or take public transportation easily. Kevin is a great host. Super easy to work with and very accommodating. I would totally recommend Kevin and this condo to anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay in Portland.

Loved my stay at Condo 201

Kevin is very nice and easy to work with. My stay at his condo was pleasant and it is conveniently located one block from the Safeway and 1/2 block from the Streetcar. I stayed here several months and enjoyed my entire stay. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a downtown Portland experience.

Wonderfully decorated, convenient, friendly hosts

Fantastic experience staying at Kevin's condo over the summer. The condo itself is spacious with everything you need for lengthy stays. The bed is extraordinarily comfortable, and the cast iron tub is charming. I stayed over the summer, and Kevin's condo truly began to feel like home to me. Location wise, this condo is very convenient. A mere 10 minute walk from the various max lines, and kitty corner to a grocery store. Portland is a very walkable city, and I had no issues getting around from this location. As a host, Kevin was very attentive and easy to reach. He followed up with me numerous times in the first few weeks to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. Additionally, when a small lighting problem did arise, Kevin was available within 24 hours to come and fix it. Talk about great service! Overall, this is a fantastic condo that has everything you would need to feel at home in Portland. 5 stars, would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

I loved the light and the open floor plan. Because this is an older building that was renovated, you get a larger floor plan with all the modern updates you want. I put in new floors, laundry, lighting, and paint to make it the condo I love.

What makes this property unique

Location for sure. You can walk to so much but it's also close to parking, Streetcar and the MAX. The open floor plan is awesome as well.
