The Space:
Fully stocked apartment with everything you’ll need! Room darkening drapes in the bedrooms. Work from home with a large desk in the airy and bright apartment. The air conditioning we provide is 1 window unit a/c in the master bedroom and 1 window unit a/c in the living area. Street parking is available without a permit.

Building & Neighbors:
This is a second-floor unit in a well-maintained building with long-term residents. Quiet, respectful community atmosphere.

Guest Verification and Rental Agreement:
- To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search.
- Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.
