Seven Mile Beach With Soul - Top Central SMB Location

Our renovated garden-view townhouse is located in a family-friendly complex which is conveniently (and centrally) located on world famous Seven Mile Beach that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, and most importantly, BEACH!

Island Pine Villas is your home away from home in Grand Cayman. Our upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit features multiple dining areas, stainless steel appliances, a designated reading area, two full bathrooms and self contained full sized washer and dryer. Unlike most other 2 floor "loft" units in the Island Pine Villas complex our second floor bedroom is fully enclosed with it's own private bathroom and shower.

Renters enjoy full private access to our unit including both bedrooms and bathrooms, screened patio, kitchen, laundry, and picnic table. A well-maintained pool is on site with private access to the most desirable stretch of world-famous Seven Mile Beach.

Our townhouse is smoke-free. As such we ask that our guests do not smoke in our home or screened patio at any time. We reserve the right to take any necessary action such as withholding of any deposit or payment and/or evicting any guest without notice should any of our guests or their guests fail to honour our non-smoking policy.

Housekeeping - please note we do not provide maid or cleaning service during your stay. Please be considerate during your stay. Our home will be clean when you arrive and we will clean it when you leave.

The location and the property were great. Agata was wonderful as well, offering an early check-in as our flights arrived at noon. The beach is, as always, beautiful, although to be honest, I kind of miss Royal Palms being open, lol. The property is wonderful, convenient location on SMB, close to everything. The unit is excellently maintained, and was perfect for our stay. will definitely look at staying here again on our return to Cayman. Thank you

Great Beach hideaway

Rena and Agata were wonderful. The condo was just exactly what we needed for our trip with our 2 adult children. Very close to the beach and local restaurants. Condo is clean, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even had coffee and sugar available along with some other condiments for use. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!

Central location

We enjoyed our stay at Seven Mile Beach. We found this place to be conveniently located - close to the airport, grocery stores, liquor stores, and walking distance to Camana Bay and numerous restaurants. There is a fun grill/bar next door - RPB. Being located right on the beach was great for early morning beach walks and afternoon/ evening sunsets. It does get quite busy mid day as the cruise ship tourists arrive. To avoid the crowds, we explored different beaches on 7 mile, Cemetery Beach was our favorite. We had an excellent dinner at Cracked Conch. As far as the apartment - the enclosed patio was fun and romantic, the kitchen was great, we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. The shower and sink faucets do not work properly and we had a difficult time finding the right temperature. I would recommend updating the fixtures. Communication with the owners was excellent! Thank you!

HOST ARE SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL

The condo is right on Seven Mile Beach and walkable to many places. It is an older condo but very clean and neat. The condo could use a little bit of minor maintenance but it was a pleasure staying there. The hosts went above and beyond. We came back from dinner one night at 9:30 and the A/C was not working. The hosts had someone out within the hour and it was fixed. Thank you again for your quick attention.

Perfectly located with everything we needed

My husband and I stayed here for five nights during Spring Break. We found the condo to have everything we needed! When I told Reno, the owner, that the only thing we could use would be some plastic cups for drinks by the pool, he had them to us within a few hours! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the pool was generally quiet while we were there. Favorite things around: the beach club next door has 2 for 1 drinks on Monday for happy hour; Chicken Chicken across the street has the best roast chicken we have ever had; Lobster Pot was lovely and only about a 25 minute walk down the road; no need for renting a car- walking, taxis or buses are sufficient! We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place. Perfect for our family!

We LOVED this rental. Great space with all the amenities one would need. The property itself was right on the beach and had a great pool too. Owners extremely helpful and responsive. We traveled with our toddler and the rental had everything we’d need for him which was a huge bonus. Thanks for a GREAT week!!!

Convienent location and great owners

Family with a (3 and 5 year old) Enjoyed our stay on 7mile beach, owners were great and very responsive in communicating. Unit was very well equipped with everything you could possible need. I felt like Reno and Agata made great use out of the space and provided anything you would want. If I were to suggest anything it would be 2 more chairs for the beach(they had 2 there) and the beach club next door does typically let you use there lounge chairs at no charge.... they will however charge you for a seat with an umbrella. As a family we preferred to sit away from the cruise crowds that came to the beach club daily. It can get pretty busy on the beach between the hours of 10am-3pm. The best part about this unit is it’s location you are located next to everything, shops, restaurants, and caymana bay walk way that takes you to a great out door shopping area and harbor. Only negative is the grilling situation there is an outdoor open pit by the pool, the pit is very large which creates a challenge in creating a lot of heat to grill. Certainly not a deal breaker :-) not sure if there is a work around. Other than stove top and oven cooking. Overall great trip and great owners, I would highly recommend this place to others.

Great Location, lovely space, and friendly owner

Perfect cozy place with all the essentials of a great beach location. Right near the beach within walking distance. At first was concerned that you were right next to Royal Palms, but you can use their chairs without being bothered or pressured into buying anything. Location is also near the new Camana Bay walkway which is nice and well lit when traveling at night. Close enough to anything along 7 mile beach and Georgetown. Owner Reno readily available if needed with working local telephone. They also own a coffee shop downtown which had great gluten free cookies and refreshing ice coffee. Overall great trip experience!!

Excellent accomodations in perfect location

Clean and equipped with everything you would need. Centrally located on 7 mile beach and right accross the street is the walkway to Camana Bay where there are excellent restaurants and shops. Condo is modern, updated and very cute. The owners called and made sure everything was fine and gave excellent directions and information prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Island Pines. Convenient to most everything, we will not rent a car for our next visit. Beautiful weather every day. Our hosts were most generous with information and assistance as well as an offer of extra time on our check out day.

Great location, great hosts, relaxing

We had a really great time here, did some scuba diving, relaxing in the sun and shopping. The location is really convenient to restaurants (we walked to several) and now with the walkway to Camana bay open it was really easy to get around. The Reno and Agata were great hosts, showed us around the property so we could get acquainted, it is rare we have been able to meet the owners. The town home was very comfortable for our family of 4 and passed the "teen age" daughter test.

One Problem - the trip was too short!

What a great place! We've been to Cayman many times to visit family but this was out first time staying in a condo instead of a hotel. All I can say is that I hope this condo is available for all of our future visits to the island. My wife, daughter, and myself found the location to be central to everything and the location on the beach is ideal. It's also child-friendly and they have many pool & beach toys available as well as a pack & play for babies & toddlers to sleep in.

Great Location!!!

the picture don't do this place justice. Much larger than we anticipated! Agata and Reno have everything you need here, right down to a blender for the mango rum daquiries. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything you could possible want or need

Excellent accommodations and location. Reno and Agata are wonderful hosts. Reno was very responsive to all my inquiries - I often got a response with an hour. Agata met us to explain everything and answer any questions. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well decorated and is equipped with everything you need. The washer and dryer was an added plus! The location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area is quiet and there is easy access to the beach. We highly recommend staying here!

Great time...maybe wait until summer is over, super hot and humid in July!

Had a great time at Reno and Agata's place. Reno met us at the condo to explain everything. Even left some delicious treats from their restaurant in town which my girls devoured! Extremely clean and neat! Super comfortable king size bed with plenty of room for storing clothes. Nice to have a separate upstairs sleeping place for our teenage daughters. The washer and dryer was definitely a plus to wash swimsuits, bath towels, and beach towels for our week long stay. Had more than plenty of supplies on hand for anything. A short walk to the pool and beach. Extremely friendly people in the small complex. Right next door to the island hot spot and bar for cruise people and town folk. The noise was never too loud. When cruisers came, which you can check on line, we often were off site on an excursion where we were picked up and dropped off on Seven Mile Beach. By the time we returned around 3, everyone was gone and we got front row beach chairs! Walk in the water and snorkeled almost every day. Reno and Agata even had snorkeling masks for us to borrow which was a plus! Perfect location to EVERYTHING! Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Right next to the bus stop which we used for trips to the turtle farm, grocery store, and a few restaurants further down the strip. Reno and Agata were fabulous hosts and answered any questions we had prior to the trip and while we were there! Highly recommend for a family!

Great Location, Very Comfortable

My daughter and I checked in for a week and had a great experience. Reno met us when we arrived and showed us around the place. He also provided some goodies from the restaurant; nice touch! The location was perfect; right on Seven Mile Beach. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. A little disappointed that we were not allowed to use the BBQ due to fire codes. Great two bedroom with extra bathroom upstairs. Condo included everything...even snorkeling equipment. All the modern conveniences of home and this location can't be beat. Pool and grounds kept very clean. Overall...Great! I would rent here again. Thanks Reno!

Hi. We are Agata and Reno your on-island owners of 21 Island Pine Villas. Our townhouse had been available for years on VRBO prior to Covid turning everyone's world upside down and have just recently decided to resume offering it as a popular family vacation property.

A bit about us: We both moved to the Cayman Islands years ago from Canada and have become full citizens along with our two amazing children. The best thing we ever did was to buy our Island Pine townhouse in 2010. It is our own little piece of SMB in what has proven to be the most sought after location on island. After living there for many years our family outgrew the space, otherwise we would have never moved out we absolutely love everything about it, which is why we enjoy sharing our little slice of paradise on VRBO. And don't worry, we still do manage to also enjoy our townhouse from time to time between bookings :-). Thank you for considering our little spot in paradise. Why they chose this property

Island Pine Villas is located in one of the most desirable stretches of Seven Mile Beach just steps away from some of the finest restaurants in Grand Cayman, shopping at Camana Bay, night clubs, bars, and of course the beach. It is also one of the safest neighbourhoods in Grand Cayman however we do ask that our guests exercise common sense when considering late night walks on the beach. Please note the property next door which was formerly Royal Palms was damaged during a recent storm. As such the facility is not open to the public and repairs to the property are ongoing.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Check out our reviews, look up our location on Maps and you will see that we are quite literally in the core of all the best Grand Cayman has to offer. Also our unit is a standout in the Island Pine complex as we are quite possibly the only true 2 bed/2 bath unit with full washer and dryer and full kitchen facilities.
