An amazing home and property!

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lake/pond is beautiful with the sounds of nature all around. The home is very roomy with a great layout. Plenty of beds and baths for a nice vacation!

Great Stay

We had a great stay here...the house is large and well-maintained with a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodated us when we needed to extend our stay. the location was fantastic and was outside the busy downtown areas but those spots were easy to get to from this location. I'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this home during our work trip to Charlotte. The house was spacious, bright, and very well-stocked, making it a comfortable place for our group of six. Everything was clean, and the open layout made it easy to relax after long days. The location was great—getting to downtown was quick and convenient. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Charlotte!

Overall, the house served its purpose, and we didn’t complain, but it is definitely in need of some TLC. The patchwork on walls, baseboards and showers needs attention. The furniture was dusty and the house had a moldy smell that appears to be masked with paint. Lighting was dim and the TV in the primary bedroom was missing. The kitchen had most appliances but did not have a roasting pan or large pot for cooking for a family gathering. The skillet had old food residue on it. Also the kitchen did not have a can opener. I was also expecting a keurig style coffee maker. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was sunken and no one could sleep on it. All of the mattresses were uncomfortable. They were either too soft or lumpy.

Would NOT recommend

I’m surprised by the good reviews. This house is run down. If you’ve heard the expression “putting lipstick on a pig”….this house needs more lipstick. The outside was the first bad impression. Needs landscaping upkeep, needed mowed, had old appliances, vehicle and junk sitting outside. The inside is very large but needs so many fixes.
