The layout is great for entertaining or just relaxing. 6,000sf consisting of 8 bedrooms on 4 floors each with a living room and a wall mounted TV. We have a spacious and inviting entryway that doubles as a 2nd dining room for larger families, a master suite with his and her bathrooms, a large kitchen with double ovens. It is fully stocked. or really just order pizza. Supersized wall mounted TV in living room (floor 2). An adult floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, veranda, and living room and laundry room with new high end washer/dryer (floor 3). A kid floor with play area, TV, tepee, games, a barn for little ones, etc. One room has 2 bunk beds the other "kid" room has 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa (floor 4). Finished basement opens to the pool, indoor eating area, outdoor picnic area, kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster and has a queen bed, twin daybed and sofa (floor 1). Exercise room with direct access to hot tub and pool. The oversized 2 car finished garage is currently being used for ping pong, video arcade games, regulation pool table , 3-hole putt putt, foosball, giant jenga, and has a second new washer/dryer set. Outdoor in-ground basketball hoop.

This is a vacation rental so we don’t allow Weddings or parties. Family reunions OK. No HS youth groups or college parties. Holidays have a surcharge. Also the pool and hot tub can be heated for $100 per day. Discuss payment options with owner. We gladly rent our new pontoon boat.
Floor 1 is handicap accessible with full bathroom (shower) and queen bed and a twin daybed and sofa.

Extra intensive Special Cleaning procedures during this COVID time includes airing out of the home, deep cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and counter tops. If you are sick or a family member is sick please call immediately and we will re-schedule you for a better time. If you are fearful of COVID and NC, SC please contact me and we will re-schedule for a later time when you feel more comfortable.
Sheets and towels are bleached, and all linens are cleaned!
