THE SPACE
Come Together - LIVING ROOM
Bright, spacious, and relaxing. The living room has cozy seating and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy being together. The TV has both streaming services and local channels. The couch turns into a queen size bed for a comfortable night’s rest, even for two!

Have A Meal - KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked to provide all you need for cooking, snacking, and making your morning cup of coffee. We provide a drip coffee maker, sugar, and creamer. In addition to pots and pans, we provide oil, salt, and pepper for cooking.

Refresh - BATHROOM
Around the corner from living room is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, makeup remover, and plenty of towels.

“The Brick Bedroom” – BEDROOM 1
Need to get some work done? This room is for you. This bedroom has a dedicated workspace so you can knock out some work while on the road. This bedroom has a queen size bed, luggage rack, and a closet with hangers to use during your stay.

“Cozy in Pink” – BEDROOM 2
Enjoy a canopy bed and spacious closet in this bedroom. There is a queen size bed, mirror, luggage rack, and closet with hangers to use during your stay.

“Blue Lagoon” – BEDROOM 3
With pops of color and abstract decor, this bedroom has a queen-size bed, full-length mirror, luggage rack, and closet with hangers to use during your stay.

“Tucked Away” – BEDROOM 4
Need a little more room when you sleep? This room is for you. This is the only room downstairs and has a king-size bed, mirror, luggage rack, and hangers.

Take a Load Off - LAUNDRY
Around the corner from bedroom 4 is a laundry room with washer/dryer along with detergent pods, and dryer sheets.

Fire Up the Grill - BACKYARD
This home has a small, fenced in backyard with a back porch. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy time around the table outside. We provide propane and grill accessories.

From the Outside Looking In - EXTERIOR
This home is in a great, family-friendly neighborhood close to several parks (see “Things to Do” in our House Manual for more information on surrounding parks).

Parking
There is room for four cars to park in the driveway with additional parking on the street if needed. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Keyless Entry
Guests will be provided a unique door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door.
