Close to all the restaurants, shops, and within 2-3 minute drive to River Ranch which has fine dining and upscale bars. Spacious and has a beautiful back patio which is great for entertaining and spending quality time with the family. Also has a fenced in yard with a wooden privacy fence. There is a pet fee of $75.
