Backyard with patio, BBQ, fire pit, dishwasher, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms (intergeneration in the basement). Very safe area with park and ice rink not far away. 3 bedroom house, ideally located near grocery stores, mall , Tim Hortons. HWY 15 and 117. It offers 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, BBQ, back yard is partially fenced.
The space
Beautiful large open plan house with lots of luminosity. Fully equipped kitchen . Large comfortable living room. Full bathroom. Lots of space and storage.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house which includes the top floor and basement. Guests also have access to the deck and back yard. Guests have access to the house from the top as well as inter-generation in the basement. The patio and backyard are also accessible.

You will have access to the double Tempo during winter.
