A true log cabin with stunning mountain views. Located 12 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and 20 minutes from downtown Ellijay in the beautiful Cherry Log Mountain this cabin is perfectly situated near all of the attractions and amenities Blue Ridge has to offer! However, you may just want to come and stay and enjoy in the cabin and enjoy the two decks, side patio, or a fire on the upper deck. We like the hot tub on the lower deck where we are hidden away from the world. (private)

There is plenty of outdoor living space which sets this cabin apart from most others. The expansive back deck offers seating for everyone. Whether sitting by the crackling outdoor wood fireplace while gazing over the mountain range, relaxing with friends in the porch swing or enjoying solitude in the reading chair - there is ample room for everyone to have their own space.
The other side of the cabin has a unique fenced patio with a picnic table, gas grill (propane provided), firepit and hammock. All beautifully lit with twinkle lights and surrounded by lush landscaping and privacy.

This four bedroom cabin is just right for a family. The main floor features an open living room with windows highlighting the mountain views. The gas fireplace makes meal times and movie nights extra cozy (please note the gas burning fireplace is only operable October 1st -April 1st). An upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the necessities for preparing a meal. The large dining table ensures everyone can sit around the table together during dinner.
The main floor master bedroom features a king bed with a Roku TV and a private balcony with its own stunning view. The full bath offers a shower and double vanity.

The guest room on the main floor with a panoramic view of the mountains can accommodate two with a queen bed. This room also has its Roku TV as well. Just across the hall is the full guest bath with shower. Also on the main floor is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Up the stairs leads to the loft which provides a workspace with a desk and an open space twin bed which is more suitable for a small child you want close by or a teenager that can seem to sleep anywhere. The third full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is just off from this space as is the private third bedroom which has a queen bed and Roku TV and of course...a glorious view of the mountains.

Just outside the front door, the staircase leads down to the lower deck where there are several rocking chairs, the hot tub (private) and the bunk house. There in the bunk house are two twin beds in this room making it a great hangout for the kids to play air hockey or other games provided. (remember you have to exit the main cabin to go the bunkhouse)

No pets are allowed at this cabin and there is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or on the decks. Minimum age to rent is 25.

The beautiful setting, outdoor spaces and cabin amenities make A Walk in the Clouds the perfect spot for a couple or couples get a way or your next family vacation or romantic getaway.
