COFFEEBAR - Coffeebar with Keurig, small refrigerator, and microwave
BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - 65" Smart TV*, WiFi, electric fireplace in suite, private courtyard with a hot tub, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

Last minute stay, ended up being my favorite

The property is amazing. Close to everything downtown. And huge inside. Wasn't planning on staying here originally. I messed up and didn't book a second night at another VRBO. I'm glad made that mistake. I will not stay anywhere else in Fredericksburg from now on.

Excellent Location. Nice Place. Terrible Parking

Had a great time! Nice new place in a great location. No blinds in a couple of windows so anyone on side street can see in a peek. Parking in on road, so no parking available near home on busy weekends. Paperwork says can temporarily use parking lot to side of house, but that lot is privately owned and they do not want people using their lot (especially since they charge for parking on weekends). Seems odd that we would be told to use private land to park on without owner permission. Thankfully he was nice about the situation since we only needed to park for about 10 minutes.

Quaint

What a find this place was and is! We stayed here for a couple of days during Spring Break. We were only one block over from Main Street, so very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The amenities provided were aplenty. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Fredericksburg next. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
