Great property for an all women trip.

Host was very accommodating, house was as described with all toiletries provided. Kareoke was set up for us. Location was in the middle of all places we wanted to visit. Would stay at this property again.

Boston theater trip

Very clean, great location, well maintained and nicely furnished. We loved the deck, the comfy massage chair, the gorgeous bathrooms and huge park facing the house. Plentiful and free parking, ten minute walk to trains into Boston. Wonderful and spacious home on 2nd and third floors.

Family gathering

Very clean and nicely renovated apartment in older Victorian house in a respectable neighborhood not far from Boston. Park and ballfield across the street. Nice spacious living area on 2nd floor and bedrooms on 3rd floor. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our 2 adult children and grandchild to meet us for a family gathering in Boston. Host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely book again when traveling to Boston.

Boston trip

When we arrived we noticed a bird had gotten into the house & messed in several rooms. Owner was very apologetic & sent someone over quickly to clean up the mess. Listing had said a hot tub….. it really is a large jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. Neighborhood a bit sketchy & numerous Lyft drivers warned us not to go out at night. Overall property fit our needs.

August in Boston

Overall the property was clean although a little rustic. Large 4 bedroom home, large rooms and a great balcony that we used every night. Host provided plenty of coffee which was nice. Very convenient with only about 8-10 minutes walk to the subway and 7-8 stops to downtown. There is also a small mall about 5 minutes walk. Host was very very responsive to every request. The area is Dorchester so do a little research.

Excellent Venue-it could not have been better.

Spacious comfortable clean rooms. Shared spaces are on the second floor with the 4 nice large bedrooms on the 3rd floor. There's enough separation between floors to party on one floor and still sleep upstairs. Location is easy access to travel around the city. The host set up Karaoke for us. Nobody could sing but they had a great time, LOL. My only heads up is that there are 4 bedrooms not 5 but you could sleep on the couches in the main floor if needed. The host was great! I highly suggest this location!

Surprise - Shared Home!

4 berms not 5; 9th bed was 2 loveseats pushed together; 2.5 hours at door waiting to get in; shared home with 2 entries where we could see the other occupant laying around; kitchen not outfitted for 9 people only 5; other houses beautiful but scary shopping area across from house; someone living in the basement; not enough towels or bedding.
