Great location & Comfortable stay!

Everything about our stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and carefree. We were in town visiting family in the area so the location was perfect -- able to walk to many great coffee shops, restaurants, and cute gift shops. Super comfortable unit with plenty of space to relax. Thank you Katy!

Nice large, clean and comfortable space to spend some time. Katy thought of everything with nice little touches and we definitely recommend. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars and centrally located to everything in Rochester.

This a great place to stay and fantastic location. We have stayed in this unit before as well as one of the other units. This is a very spacious unit with lots of charm and character. It is a perfect unit for a several day stay. The house is beautiful and the unit has everything you need. The neighborhood is very walkable and close distance to great restaurants.m in all directions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and spacious unit

We were visiting our college student and have stayed in this neighborhood twice. The location is fantastic, walking distance to great food and activities. This particular unit has lots of space, nicely decorated and all of the amenities. Would highly recommend staying in this location and unit.

Excellent location and host with everything you could want

Centralized location to all of our families. Excellent restaurants near by. Katie was right there when needed and proactive to our needs. Kingsized bed is very comfortable. All the hot water you could ask for. Loved the keurig and the pods provided. This is our go to place when we’re in Rochester.

Great location and king size bed

This is the 3rd time we have stayed with Katy when visiting our children and grandchildren. She is always available and takes every effort to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of hot water, comfortable sheets, towels and mattress. She always sees that I have my Keurig coffee. Great location within walking distance of good restaurants and the George Eastman House. Thanks, Katy for another great visit to Rochester.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This apartment is very special and the owners take excellent care of it thinking of all the extra touches discriminating vacationers looks for: Cotton bedding, abundant pillows, night lights, plush towels, modern furnature, god mattress, fresh flowers...even a bottle of relaxing essential oil spray! And if you're energy sensitive, the whole apartment "feels" welcoming and calm. Fantastic location cant be beat!

Clean and comfortable

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very nice apartment in a good location with easy access to Park Ave and Downtown Rochester. There was a minor issue with check in and the host was readily available, resolving it promptly. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable.

Historic glamour, amazing location!

We chose this property to stay for my brother’s wedding, I would stay there again in a heartbeat! It was gorgeous and spacious with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We felt safe and secure. The location is perfect and all bars/restaurants on Park Ave and East Ave are within walking distance! It was our family’s landing place after days of celebrating- we all loved it and felt very at home! Our host Katy was responsive and wonderful. Thank you Katy!!
