Great property, great location. Host was a little slow in responding to an AC problem but the issue was eventually resolved. Bathroom seemed to have strong smell of marijuana whole time we were there. Would stay there again if smell issue was resolved.

Listing made the place look a lot bigger than it was. It also showed a picture showing a fireplace that did not work. The sheets on the bed were very old and worn, and the pillows were awful. The host didn’t respond when I emailed him about this. It was a very nice location. Parking became an issue when the came to seal and re stripe the lot and there was no place to park and the garage dumpster was gone.

This studio is beautiful with beams and woodwork from a bygone era. It is very well equipped with a small but totally adequate kitchen and a bright bathroom of a recent vintage. The location in the heart of the Park Ave/East Ave neighborhood could not be better. Parking was well marked and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

This place is just great. Insanely nice location, beautiful house, special unique details. The host is what makes the place great though - he communicated with us really well, was understanding and thoughtful. My family is a lot and we all stayed and did our best to stay quiet. I’m thankful to have stayed here for the two nights we did and would recommend it to anyone.

Cozy, clean stay in a perfect location

The Vrbo could not be more perfect! Clean, very cute, and within walking or a short driving distance to many of the main attractions in Rochester! Especially great if you’re planning to visit museums around the city. The bed was very comfortable and on-site parking was convenient.

Beautiful Stay

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was great. The hosts were amazing. The place was beautiful. Rochester was great. If I ever come back to this part of New York, I'll happily stay here again.

Great location but still quiet and peaceful

We figured being so close in town would mean dealing with city noise, but the neighborhood was very peaceful, super walkable, and convenient for all the sights and activities. Kitchen was fine, owners were responsive, room was very pretty. Had a great stay.

Very Cozy, Clean, Convenient

I found the room to be very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient location. It had everything you need for a short or long stay. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning with a coffee and a cocktail at night. I absolutely would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!

The old house is classic! The space was great , comfortable bed , great walking area however it’s right next to a hotel and early morning there were loud deliveries , plus the sheets need to be updated, there is no bathroom shelf to put your goods on . Also there is a key entry problem - loved the location though ,

The property was very well maintained and stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful front porch for sitting. Unfortunately noise was an issue. We did stay over the 4th of July and took that into account. The hotel next door had deliveries early morning 6:30 am and daily. The owner was very nice as the cleaners were. Good walking area and plenty of good restaurants.

Perfect Stay

Everything about this apartment was perfect for us. The location was great and it super easy to walk to many places on Park Avenue and East Avenue. The bed was super comfortable in the shower was great. The kitchen suited our needs for coffee, tea, and warming things up in the microwave. It was nice to have the larger size fridge. we will definitely plan to stay there the next time we come to visit our grandkids!

The studio was very clean and in a great, safe area. We could walk to nearby coffee shops and museums. I would suggest adding some storage in the bathroom and some hooks for coats when you walk in. There is a nightstand on one side, it would be helpful to have another one on the other side. Overall it was lovely.
