Around the corner is the beautiful walking experience of Rochester's East Avenue, the Eastman House Museum and Archive, and a mere block in another direction is their city's art museum, another feast for the eyes (and the tummy - it has a restaurant!). The onslaught of weddings in the area provided the challenge of opportunistic parkers, beyond anyone's control (just say you're with the bride's family). Amenities are on-site (laundry! Mr Coffee! Microwave-air fryer!), an elaborate grocery is just down the road (another visual road trip treat), and the only challenge with the remodel performed on the Victorian is getting a comfortable air flow, mitigated by provided fans. Would visit here again and use this site in a heartbeat.
