dirty linen, filthy sofa, dirty pool not heated
We started our US holidays in this house and was planning to come back after a week. But we canceled the 2nd reservation and took a 50% + booking fees loss: the linen had not been changed and was dirty, there was no top sheet, just a dirty cover on 1 of the beds, the property manager never replied to any of our messages so we had to buy new linen to replace the dirty ones, there was dry soap stains in the bathrooms, the 2nd toilet was dirty and stained, the side table in the 3rd bedroom was full of dust, the microwave door was greasy and sticky, only 2 cooking pots, no kettle, used coffee filter still damp in the coffee machine, dirty floor (our white socks turned black so we kept our shoes on). We unplugged the scented diffusers because it was giving us headache and we understood why they had put so many (3) in the house: It smelled terrible. The sofa facing the TV is very dirty and stained, they could have just vacuumed all the hairs and crumbs and cover it with a clean blanket if it is too complicated to wash or replace! There is no curtains only wooden blinds so you either live in the dark for privacy or you chose to get daylight but being visible from everyone from the street and the surrounding neighbors. No house instructions and as they never reply the mesaages you have to figure out by yourself.
Big and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood but very poor hygiene and terrible management! We definitely don't recommend unless you want to ruin your holidays!
