My favorite day is getting out to the beach early in the morning, enjoying a delicious breakfast seaside at the beachfront Paradise Grille with the locals and a few seagulls, then setting up shop right on the beach with the all-day gazebo. I can enjoy the beautiful, quiet Upham Beach all day, and walk back for a mid-day siesta, maybe a quick lunch. Paradise Grille is also perfect for lunch or snacks! Then, heading back to the all-day gazebo for more fun-in-the-sun, swimming, walking along the beach until its time to sit back and relax to wait for another one of those beautiful sunsets St Pete Beach is so famous for !

But if excitement is what you desire, a short walk or drive gives you a choice of several other award-winning beaches, including Pass-A-Grille, Indian Rocks and Madeira Beach; Clearwater Beach and Ft DeSoto are about a 30 minute car ride away each. No car is needed in the immediate area though.

Florida beach vacation

We had a wonderful experience renting this property. It is a beautiful place and a short walk to the beach . It is exactly what she says it is a beach cottage with it’s own pool .

Great place

My husband and I stayed for 70 days, the home fit our needs perfectly. Private, equipped with all you need, furniture was comfortable. Close walk to the beach, restaurants. We had bikes that we used daily. The owner made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent place for a couple!

We enjoyed to stay there. Location is excellent, walking distance to almost anything you need to enjoy the vacation. Close to restaurants, Italian bakery and coffee minute away, ice creams on every corner, close to gift stores and what 's most important : beach is not farther than 5 minutes of walking. If you spend most of the hot day on the beach, there is nothing better than rest after that in the private pool with a glass of cold drink. Theresa is excellent and very helpful host. We really had a great vacations. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful, Cozy and Very Clean!!

This bungalow was so cozy and quaint and very quiet! Teresa is a great host and she was there for anything we needed. It is in the perfect location and for sure a hidden gem! You are in the center of many restaurants and a very short walk to the beach! My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better place and with a private pool all to ourselves it was awesome! I will for sure rent this property again! Thank you so much!!!!

Great week in the Serentity Bungalow

This is one of the cutest units we've ever been in. Very comfortable and roomy. Location is fantastic. We were within a few blocks of numerous restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. At the beach there are public bathrooms along with a small, outdoor café. We road our bikes a number of times if we wanted to travel further than walking distance. Oh, I can't forget the most important part, the beach is phenomenal!!

St Pete Beach Home

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house exceeded our expectations of a vacation rental. It was clean and very well maintained. The owner Theresa met us at the property and provided very good instructions about the house. The kitchen is large and much better equipped than mine. Each room has its own bathroom and there is enough space for a large family to have quiet time. We would have loved to use the pool but it was not warm enough during our visit. Restaurants are in easy walking distance. I look forward to renting this property again during our next visit to ST. Pete Beach.

Perfect Family Beach House

My family of 6, including 3 teens and an 11-year-old, had a great vacation here! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't as perfect as we would have liked, but the house allowed us to enjoy ourselves despite the wind and rain. We were close enough to go to the beach for a little while and return when sprinkles started to fall. The house has wifi, televisions and books which kept everyone happy when we couldn't be outside. When the waves kicked up at the beach, we took the boogie boards from the house to do some body surfing. The owners supply ample beach towels, bath towels, linens, and dishes. We were walking distance from some great restaurants (everything from fast food to a fancy tapas place!) and beach shops. When we wanted to eat in, we found the grill was in good condition, and there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking indoors.

Perfectly named bungalow !!

I don't have enough space or time to write down and describe Teresa and her suite that we stayed in.!! ...My sister n law and I went for a girlfriend get away and it was perfect!!!! As a host she made you feel like part of her family.. the room was adorable and the private pool and the outside shower (HEAVENLY!!) was just the perfect addition to the stay..We didn't even use the indoor shower.... We were walking distance to the beach and to alot of delicious restaurants.... All you need to worry about when you come to Teresa's little suite ,is clothes for the week.. She has provided everything that you need for your stay. There is no doubt that we will be back again! and again!...

Idyllic

Idyllic place to stay! The description of the property is accurate, well if truth be told it undersells itself. It looks good in the photos but is even better in reality. Teresa has thought of everything. The beds are comfortable. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and every other room are spotlessly clean. The kitchen has every utensil you could think of. Even though there are nice places to eat nearby we only ate out once preferring to relax after a day on the beach or the golf course and eat in. The property is very close to the beach but there is a small pool in the backyard which is a great alternative. The owners are very easy to deal with. They are kind, thoughtful and really want to make you feel at home. I can't recommend this property highly enough ( though there is some reluctance in case it becomes overbooked in the future!). Finally one of our group left his wallet behind. It was found and returned by Teresa. One final example of first class service.

Perfect Vacation Cottage for Two.

The host was there to meet us when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the cottage The full size eat in kitchen was fully stocked; living room /bedroom and bathroom had plenty of extra linens and towels. The pictures on line don’t give it justice. The space was bigger and more beautiful in person. She provides beach towels, beach chairs and even two bikes. The host is just a phone call or Tex away. If you need anything or had any questions. We had a wonderful stay.

A real treasure!

Hidden gem- can't wait to return

We just returned from our 18 day stay in this suite. This is a hidden gem in St. Pete Beach. The suite was as described, with everything you need for your stay. It is well-maintained and extremely clean! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to beach and steps away from Gulf Blvd, and all it has to offer. Teresa was a wonderful hostess, checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. We loved it so much we have already booked in for next April!. Thanks Teresa - can't wait to return!

What makes this property unique

You will feel at home as soon as you enter Cozy Bungalow! My goal is to have you breathe a deep sigh of relaxation as soon as you step in! As soon as you step in, I hope you feel as though you traveled to your own island resort paradise. Why do I say resort? Its as if 'everything is included' in our area - beaches, bars, countless restaurant, pubs, seafood shantys, ice cream shops, gift shops, bait shop at the corner steps away, fast-food restaurants steps is almost everything you could possibly need a short walk or bike ride away. Unless you want groceries at a short 3 minutes car-ride away, or do some beautiful area sight-seeing, there is literally no need for a car - its your own resort home!
