It was wonderful. My great-g granddaughter who is five said she wanted to live there. I agreed it was so family friendly. We really enjoyed are time there. Lisa was friendly and answered right away. If I could give more stars I would. Don't pass this one up when looking. Thanks again Lisa for letting us stay.
Quiet location, easy access to Gatlingburg and Pidgeon Forge. Immensely enjoyed the soothing sounds from the waterfall. Had an incredible time with family and friends
This house is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge making it a great site to travel quickly to both areas. The house layout was perfect and had multiple common areas for people to relax. The waterfall was beautiful and the houses location meant we didn’t have to go up any steep roads to get to it.

Thank you for your review, Larry! You were a pleasure to host and I hope you visit us again next time you're in the area :)
We had a fantastic stay. We brought the extended family for a weekend getaway to watch the Gatlinburg Christmas parade. We had ample room for a large group. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and great location. We would definitely recommend this property and we will be booking it on our next trip back to the mountains.
Great place fit our whole family of 10 adults and 5 kids. Lots of room to get around and hang out. It was hard to heat the whole house to be comfortable. There are four units but on 20s and 30s nights floors and some rooms are very cold. The view of the creek was great and really pretty right out the window. Would recommend bet its great inwarmer months
This place was perfect for us! There were 3 families with children of varying ages and the layout was great. We had ample living space as well as nice separation for privacy in the bedroom areas. The kids' room loft area was absolutely adorable. I love the back room that had the fireplace. That is where I hung out the most! The couches and furniture were all very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The kids and husbands enjoyed the hot tub as well! I would love to come back here again next year!
We had an amazing time on our vacation this week. Lisa was the perfect host and answered any and all of the questions we had before and during our trip. The house is well decorated and comfortable with enough room for grandpa to watch tv in one room living area the kids to gather in another living area. If you have a large group and plan to have leftovers for the fridge I suggest bringing some Tupperware. The coffee bar is great you can make single cups or a large pot. The kids also liked playing in the creek behind the back porch and chasing fireflies around the yard at night while we made s’mores. It’s a good location not too high in the mountains but far enough to feel some seclusion. It’s also in a great spot between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is no cell service here (a benefit for me) but there is WiFi to connect to society, if you want to. There is parking for at least 5-6 cars. I would highly recommend booking this location and plan to do so again in the future.

This cabin could be really amazing
The decorator did amazing with this property. The details are very thoughtful. It’s also very spacious. This property could be improved by a thorough deep cleaning. There were spiders and cobwebs on everything. The hot tub could also use a deep clean. They were very responsive when we told them about our concerns, but ultimately we decided to leave.
We had a family of 14 (7 littles and 6 adults). We were not crowded because there are roomy 3 living areas. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the waterfall was amazing!! The creek runs along and sort of under/behind the cabin. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the serenity, or grill out, like we did one evening. After a storm, the waterfall was more amazing- the water rose about 18 inches and was a thrill.
The little children's camping bedroom was adorable! Also, we never ran out of hot water. The coffee bar was great! When we had a question - there was a quick response.
We ALL gave our stay an A++!
This cabin was more than expected! It was super clean and cute. We had a youth group (6 adults and 9 youth) traveling for a conference and this cabin fit us all comfortably with room to spare. They loved the hot tub and fire pit. We did have a little issue with power in the front bed room at the very beginning but the owners responded extremely quickly and the power was fixed immediately. We will definitely be considering this cabin next year if our group isn’t too big.
It is also close to downtown Gatlinburg, about a 30 minute drive there with traffic, 15 minutes with no traffic.
One of the biggest perks for us was the parking. We have 4 vehicles and there was plenty of parking for each vehicle and still room for 1 more.
We booked this property for 5 nights. We had a group of 11 adults and the space was great. Overall it was a great cabin. A few things that I would suggest, would be extra towels in the bathrooms. For a group of 11 people we only had 16 towels, which meant that we had to wash laundry pretty much every day because we were all showering at least once a day due to sweating out doing things and using the hot tub. I would also suggest wash clothes in the kitchen. The only thing we had to hand wash dishes was a pretty old, gross scrubby. I would also consider leaving seasonings, oils, ect that previous renters left for future renters. This was the first place that we have rented through VRBO that the kitchen was completely empty of anything food related things. It made it quite difficult when planning meals because we were constantly realizing we didn't have the seasonings we needed or oil for pans. Other than that the only thing I would suggest, would to make sure the cleaning company is doing an adequate job cleaning. When we walked in we were constantly walking into cob webs in the door frames. I will note that you really need to watch for the sign for Waterfall lane when getting there. Our GPS kept telling us to turn where there was no road. it took us a couple times up and down the road to see the smallish sign saying Waterfall lane. The owners were very responsive when I had questions before our trip and we would definitely book this location again!
