This is a good albeit spartan apartment with a great location in Stanwood. Highlights include a washer and dryer and a quiet location within easy walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. It’s very safe as it is across the street from the police station. The owner is attentive, but I found the check in process cumbersome. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful Stanwood apartment

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. Just like all the pics and great location in town. Kind of close to railroad , but it didn't bother us, and the owner provides earplugs. We will definitely be back

The police department is right across the street. There was a discrepancy in the billing, and it was remedied immediately. Great communication, as advertised.

Very clean and convenient inside the unit. The proximity to railroad tracks created some sleep interruptions at night and never could figure out the European style coffee pod-style system, but those are the only drawbacks I can think of. All in all a pleasant stay.
