- The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor, separate from the rest of the home. They are not accessible from the main living space—you must go outside to enter this room.
- There are two outdoor cameras on the property. One is above the downstairs entrance, and the second is in front of the house, pointed at the street.
- Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy.
- This home allows 2 dogs under 30 lbs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
