The condo was very spacious. Bedrroms and baths were in serious need of some updating but was comfortable. View was the best part.

Christmas getaway

The condo and the property were very clean and maintained! The view was outstanding and the condo was very close to restaurants in Pawley's Island and Murrell's Inlet and only a few minutes from Brookgreen Gardens. We had plenty of room to spread out yet it felt cozy. We will definitely stay again!

Duplex condo with great ocean views

This two bedroom condo is very well equipped and well located and had fabulous ocean views. It is comfortable and spacious with nice balconies on both floors. Having said that, it has had quite a bit of wear and tear and could use some TLC and a refresh.

Fun girls’ trip

We are a group of 4 women and decided to stay at Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort to celebrate our 60th birthdays this year. Everything was exactly as described. Anytime we had a question, the front desk was so quick to respond. We had easy access to the beach, pools, parking garage, and gym. All of the appliances worked and we were able enjoy many hours on the beach and make lots of new memories. We will definitely return.

Fabulous again. Thank you!!! There was a small issue of our key card not working 30 minutes before checkout at 11 and so we were locked out for a bit. But that was a minor thing. One improvement I noticed since I last stayed: the AC worked so much better!! I can’t wait to return. I love the place and how comfortable it is.
