This wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit is located in the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea and is the perfect beach getaway with amazing views! Guests have access to all that Litchfield By the Sea has to offer, such as tennis, pickleball, multiple pools, dining, spa, and even an on site Starbucks.

The master bedroom features a King bed with its own private bathroom, including a jacuzzi tub and step in shower, as well as direct access to an Oceanfront balcony. The guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom, the first one featuring a Queen bed and the second one featuring two Twin beds. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, cable TV and so much more, this unit is sure to become a family favorite!

This property has both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

The condo was spacious and comfortable - ocean front with excellent access to beach. One downside was that the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront balcony were extremely difficult to open (latches didn't work properly) and once opened, had no screens to keep insects out.

Great rental- lovely views and nice condo!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We had a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. Nice, open living area and kitchen-- and the balcony overloooking the ocean was really special. Kids balanced time between the pool and the beach (which was easy to access). Property was clean and experience was great- would stay again!

The setting of the condo exceptionally well landscaped and quiet. The condo was very comfortable, roomy, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
