Super fun

Love staying at this property! We can’t get enough of the pools and all of the fun activities on the property. Rooms are so nice and clean and the property is beautiful. Our kids range from 16-5 and they all find something to keep busy with. Our youngest loves the turtles! The lazy river is a big hit and the hot tubs are so relaxing. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Great stay in Myrtle Beach

Sheraton Plantation was very nice. The location was great for what we were there for. Only about 10 mins in different directions from the airport, beach and other fun things we did. If I go back I would stay here again.

Amazing condo and property

Absolutely loved it! The rooms were exactly as I expected, clean, spacious and just what we needed. The property was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. The pool area and splash pad was great for the kids. Beach and boardwalk was just a 5 minute drive away. I highly recommended this property. We will definitely be back.

Property was nice. The rooms we requested were incorrect. They were supposed to be one king bed in one room and 2 queeen beds in the other room. My son had to sleep in a pullout couch for a week, was not happy about that.

Great Vacation

Vacation stay was exactly what was described in the listing. Check in was very simple and easy, even received a box of taffy. Pool and lazy river area was very clean as well as the whole resort. Rental was also very clean and even came with bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Everyone was very friendly especially the main entrance security. They always made sure to greet you with a friendly smile and a hello. Only issues we had was no communication that they were remodeling parts of the resort, which prohibited a few of the amenities advertised and on the second to last day of our stay, our building's elevator broke and wasn't repaired before we had to check out, which made it hard due to being on the fourth floor and 1 of our family members recently having a hip replacement, getting her down the steps. But other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a terrific family vacation at Sheraton Broadway Plantation. Laura was terrific in her communication. It was hassle free and EASY. The unit had everything to make you feel at home (washer, dryer, dishwasher, cookware, blender, dinnerware, broom). We had two bedrooms that gave the kids their own space. The master bedroom was spectacular with a whirlpool tub, fully tiled shower and two sinks. The beds were comfortable. The living room had space for all of us to comfortably sit and watch a movie. We loved being on the second floor with the screened in balcony. It was a great little way to relax after the kids went to sleep. Housekeeping came after three days to provide new towels too. The unit was clean. The property had free mini golf, playground, basketball and pool area. The pool area had a lazy river, pirate ship/kid area, indoor pool, and outdoor pool. There was a poolside bar for lunch and beverages. There was lots of chairs and tables with umbrellas to provide shade. The property had an activity center that provided an assortment of activities for kids and adults. My only complaint was the lack of the property to routine clean the poolside common area. We found plastic cups in the lazy river on two days. Overall, we loved the property.

Everything was great with this property except for the check in process. The room was not ready until two hours after the check-in time...and once it became available, we learned the elevator was broken in the unit and we were on the 3rd floor. We ended up being moved to another unit, but this wasn't resolved until about five hours after our check-in time.

Great Stay, amazing resort

This was the perfect last minute getaway. I am a Marriott owner so I understand how the timeshare works. The Sheraton didn’t disappoint. The condo was spacious, the pool was great for the kids and warm for those chill mornings when the kids couldn’t wait to jump in. The location is great. Far away from the rift raft of south myrtle and walking distance to Broadway At The Beach. It was a great week!

We enjoyed our time! Only set backs were the pirates cove on resort was closed which was disappointing for the kids and our vehicle was broken into :( but the condo it’s self was great and perfect for our family!

Good location but most water activities were under construction

The condo itself was great. It was clean and on top floor and end unit so very quiet. The bummer was that we booked it due to all the outdoor water activities for the kids. There were many photos in the timeshare description about them but they were all closed and under construction so I had some disappointed kiddos. The only thing open was indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Additionally, the 2 double beds in second bedroom are in need of replacement. The mattresses had large dents in them which made them uncomfortable for sleeping. Otherwise, the place was great. We enjoyed our stay. We would even consider booking again as long as the outdoor activities were open for the kids to use. The location was great right next to Broadway at the Beach and very close to The Ripken Experience for baseball which was the whole reason for our trip! Thanks.

Beautiful!

This property was great! Looks just like the pictures. The Villa and the property was neat and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and Broadway at the beach. I definitely look forward to booking this property again next year. The kids loved the pool and there were so many activities for children and adults. We absolutely loved it!
