Enjoy this Bright and cozy condo unit on the 37th for you and your family. This is a 23 sqm unit with 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, and an extra mattress. One full bath with hot water. Ready to accommodate up to 4 guest. This is a homey accommodation. This condominium is located at the heart of Quezon city, which is the center of Metro Manila. It is surrounded by big malls. Tower 1 is connected via bridge to SM mall. We have gym, pool, kiddie park, and badminton/basketball court. We have 24 hour lobby security for your safety. Pretty much a safe place for everyone. Come and stay with us.

Hi. My name is Jeannet Talao. You can call me Jhay. I'm the unit owner here. I just open Skyview last June of this year. I enjoyed welcoming guests from all parts of the world, and help them out with their stay here in the Philippines.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood here is quite safe. Our tower is connected via a bridge to SM Mall. It is surrounded by stores too, like convenience store, restaurant, bakery, laundry shops. We also have a 24 security in the lobby for the safety of all guests, and residents. Taxis are around, the guards can hail one for you, so you don't need to go out. It is quite near the MRT station too, if you want to experience the train.
