Plan a Woodlands Golf Retreat in this new, luxurious home w/ tree house views located on the 7th fairway of the Isabella Golf Course. Spend your mornings practicing on your own putting green before your tee time & come home to a fabulous chefs kitchen to prepare your evening meal. Unwind while watching the 70" smart tv above the electric FP then retreat to one of 4 bdrms each w/ a 55" smart tv, the main bdrm features a 65" as well as a spa like bath w/ heated floors huge shower & separate tub!
The space
There are 4 bdrms, 2 w/ king beds, 1 queen & a queen over queen bunk room, great for adults or kids. Also available is a twin bed in the gym area, a queen aero bed blow up bed & a click/clack futon couch for versatility. There's a screened in porch, a covered deck with an LP BBQ, an LP fire pit on the uncovered deck & a front porch w/ seating too! The dining table seats 10 plus there's a gym & a dedicated work space for your convenience. Outside you'll find a putting green, a chipping green, & a hitting net for full swing practice! There's also a corn hole game for family fun!
