Spectacular views from every room, 1 shaded balcony and 1 balcony perfect for tanning. Private townhouse in a residential area, free from congested beaches and traffic jams. 1 of 5 townhouses uniquely positioned on a beach lot so that you can see the beach from the front and back. Private 2 car garage with parking for 2 additional standard cars. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, 1 block north of GC Pier and arcades. Unlike condos, no elevator waits or need to carry all your beach gear up and down, convenient storage in the secure garage. Master BR with king bed, wonderful ocean view, private bath with walk-in shower and balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a double Murphy bed. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with ocean views. Bathroom #2 with full shower/tube. There is a half bath on the main level. There is also a outdoor shower out the back door of the garage. Living room offers a queen sofa sleeper. A guest favorite is the New Golden Tee Golf Arcade Game and Infinity Game Table offering all the Classic Board Games without all the pieces. Perfect for beach breaks or for staying in some evenings. This is NOT a pet friendly townhome. Only a few minutes from a water park, miniature golf, Wal-Mart and Kroger. Murrell’s Inlet is a short drive away with a multitude of restaurants offering a large variety of fresh seafood as well as live music venues, jet-ski rental, para-sailing and boat rides. Various golf courses are but a short drive away. A less congested, more suburban feel than than the North Myrtle Beach area, but still a totally doable drive to the featured sights there like Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing. About 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach airport.

Great Location!

This location was great. Super easy beach access. The house was neat and clean. There were beach chairs available for use, which was a nice perk. The kids LOVED the video games. The dogs also had a great time. Thanks - can't wait to go back!

Perfect beach house

The house is exactly as listed. Close to the beach, porches that overlook the beach, very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked house. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Great family vacation!

Great oceanfront location! Very clean townhouse, very comfortable beds! The communication with the owner was great! I would highly recommend staying here. It’s close to walk to Garden City Pier and area shops and boardwalk. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful place. 🌴☀️🌊

Great place!

We really enjoyed our visit and the proximity to the beach. We were able to see NYE fireworks directly from the balcony! It was also nice to have a private garage. Robin was very responsive and kindly accommodated our friends who brought their pup last minute. Would definitely recommend!

Great Property And Location

This is a nice property in a perfect location steps from the beach. Plenty of room/sleeping space for the family. More amenities than the Vrbo site lists (versatile coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, beach chairs/beach toys, rinsing area, etc.). Really everything you will need. Very happy!

Seas the day delivered it all!

Stayed there 7/20/24- 7/27/24…6 adults and two toddlers! The unit is terrific….the beach is literally out your front door. Very clean and cozy and best location in Garden City. Host’s were extremely responsive. I’d stay again in a New York minute. Everything is in great working order and as advertised. Thanks Jacki’s for making our family vacation such a success

Girls beach weekend 🏝

Great location and the condo was good option for the price. Location is perfect... condo itself in need of updating as It did have a bit of a beach mustiness to it mixed with a strong Clorox smell initially and the carpet is in desperate need of replacement. Overall great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the beach 🏖

This guest was lovely to work with and is welcome back anytime. It is the end of our season when the major renovations take place. In the spring, bathrooms were redone, new full size washer and dryer were installed just before her arrival and new living room furniture was delivered the day this guest departed. All the flooring had been replaced in the kitchen in the living room with bamboo and in all the bathrooms, now we are getting ready to replace the carpeting that is only in the upstairs hallway and on the steps and new window coverings have been ordered. The cleaning service had departed just 30 minutes prior to the guests arrival and they do use Clorox in all the bathrooms.

Birthday at the Beach

What an amazing experience! Everything about the property and weekend was perfect. The house is beautiful, well stocked, and steps to the beach. We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony, walk to the pier, enjoy live music and great food, and spend two days in the sun on the beach. All of our questions were answered quickly, we were able to check in early, and check out was so simple. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!!

We have already stayed at this property in the past, but this year we are happier to see the updates that the new owner have made. It feels really amazing to go to a clean, cozy place with nice decoration after a long trip, and it is super advantageous to have the beach FIVE steps away!! Not to mention how convenient is to have other attractions and shops nearby. The house is very well equipped, kitchen has everything you need, beds are very comfortable and when you want to rest you can just go out and relax on the balcony where you can perfectly appreciate the sunrise or at night to go out to see the moon reflected in the sea. We definitely recommend this property, communication with the owner was great. The best of all is that we were allowed to bring our furry friend with us. We are already planning our next vacation and we hope to be able to book once again at Seas the Day.

Excellent location. Beautiful and clean beach. Linen package we paid for needs improvement. Need more than one towel per person for 1 week. Towels very thin and old. Sheets did not fit the beds. Mattresses need updating. Sofa bed in living room (red) couch - the mattress was bad and there was a lot of dirt under the couch. The futon upstairs was broken down. In spite of all this we had a wonderful time

We have used a number of linen services and have never heard they don’t fit. We have no control over quality, which is why renting linens is an option. Most guests prefer to bring their own. All linen services provide 1 bath set/person which is why we provide a washer and dryer. The king bed and mattress are just a year old. Not sure what happened but after these guests departed, the sofa bed they used was broken. We tell everyone upon arrival to let us know if there are any issues we need to address and we never heard from them at all during their stay. They were very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process and I have passed along their concerns to the linen supplier and housekeeping.

Perfect family beach getaway

When they say steps to the sand, they mean it! We needed a CLEAN place to accommodate grandparents and teens for a long weekend college kid visit. This place beyond delivered that! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook every meal in, the dining room table was great for meals and games. The condo was immaculate, and provided start supplies of everything. Check in was seamless, and owners were great with questions and communication. The balcony is beautiful and comfortable and faces a small public beach access and the rising sun. The unit is a center unit out of 5, but we didn’t hear any noise from either side. The garage has a shower/hose and drain to rinse sand before entering. The kids are still talking about the golden tee arcade game in the living room. Lots of details made this place the best of 3 places we’ve stayed over the last several months. We will absolutely stay again!

Excellent Vacation

We stayed here recently and had an excellent vacation. The location was beautiful, had many great places to eat, and friendly locals. The beach was beautiful, and not too crowded. My favorite thing about this property was watching the sun come up on the deck with my coffee, and the all-around beach view. The owner was very responsive and kind. All in all, this was an exellent vacation and a beautiful property.

This was a perfect location for our family. The views from both sides of the condo were FANTASTIC and being close - but not IN - Myrtle Beach was ideal. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend with family

A family group met up for a long weekend. There were seven of us. We were told there would be a set of towels for each person. We received a set of six instead of seven. light in master bedroom didnt work Living room fan light does not work Garage only has one light bulb working, not enough light. Toilet paper holder in master bath falling off the wall. Floor by slider in living room separating and popping up, needs repaired Description says iron and ironing board available. Unable to find, had to buy one Description “picture“ shows a bunkbed set and a full-size bed. Instead it has a bunkbed up and down, full size. The location was perfect for what we were looking for.

Dear Sue, Thank you again for being our guests at Seas The Day. We appreciate you bringing to our attention the lights and the missing ironing board and iron. I would gladly of had my cleaners pick a new one up and bring to the house (It is usually kept in the second mstr bedrom closet) , along with pulling out an extra set of towels. I am sorry for that, I was told 7 sets were left out. The Bunkbed set is a Full over Full and the bedroom next door is a Queen size bed. I do apologize for any confusion there, this is the first that any of these concerns have been brought to my attention. My cell phone number and email were provided to you prior to arrival, I always look to address anything we can do to make your stay a 5 Star experience but I was never contacted for any of these concerns. Our family is glad you enjoyed the location though and we wish you a Happy Holidays! Blessings, Amy

Great vacation and just minutes to any restaurant and the pier with tons of entertainment nightly .

We had such a great experience staying at Amy’s beach home it’s beautiful and she had a game board that we played on in the evenings and was so much fun . The entire place is so clean and the beds were so cozy. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach from chairs to beach toys . Can’t wait to come again and make memories with my family

Wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous and relaxing time at Amy’s place for our annual Mom’s retreat. The beach house was well equipped with all that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and decor was inviting. It was great to have 2.5 bath for so many ladies. Amy was quick to address any of our needs and to offer suggestions for local restaurants, etc. The location was perfect right at the beach and close to a lot of other amenities. Garden City beach is beautiful, family friendly, and not near as busy as Myrtle beach. We definitely will be returning. Thank you, Amy!

Great location steps away from the beach

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy our vacation getaway. It was steps to the sand, quiet neighborhood, and the home was well equipped. Amazing location
