In the first bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a day bed, while the second bedroom features another inviting queen bed. The first bedroom offers a snug arrangement with two Twin XL beds and an extra Twin bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Located just a short stroll from the lake, outdoor enthusiasts will love the quick and easy access for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking up the scenery. No passes required—just a two-minute walk and you're there! Step inside our newly renovated space, boasting an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings. Each floor even has its own swing, perfect for unwinding with a good book or enjoying some quiet time.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, stocked with brand new appliances and cookware. Prefer dining al fresco? Head out to the back deck for outdoor seating and fresh air.Need to catch up on work or studies? No problem! Each floor features a desk for your convenience.

Rest easy knowing your safety is a priority with our security cameras—outdoor surveillance ensures peace of mind, while indoor cameras are turned off to respect your privacy.Parking is hassle-free with ample space in the driveway. And as our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire house and outdoor patio deck for ultimate relaxation.

Please note: this is a gated community. Simply provide your registration details before arrival, and remember there's a $50 Guest Permit fee per car at the gate for access to community amenities.We want everyone to enjoy their stay, so please keep noise levels down and refrain from hosting parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, as per Pine Mountain Lake regulations.Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, with a $1000 penalty for non-compliance.

For everyone's safety, only verified guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
