Family July 4 vacation

This property included everything. It has tennis courts, pickleball, many swimming pools, rent bikes, fitness center. We were able to visit Epcot for a day. We used Lyft, which cost $25 to $35 to and from Epcot. This was a great place to stay and close to everything. We would stay here again.

Luxury???

This property may have been a luxury apartment 20 years ago, but it needs a thorough cleaning- carpet was severely stained!, more attention to detail when cleaning!

Nice resort and location

Overall our experience was really good. The property was the perfect space/size for our family of 5. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only disappointment we experienced was in regard to the resort passes that are used to access the water park, pools, fitness center, etc. Although the listing is advertised as though you will have complete access, this is not exactly true. They have a limited number of passes they can allocate and it is distributed as first come, first serve. You can purchase the access pass directly from the resort, but this was not an expense we were anticipating.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes, unfortunately the resort only allows us a certain amount of cards and those cards can become demagnetize and sometimes are not returned which leads to shortages at times. Usually we provide our Reunion guest cards in a first come first serve basis with a security hold of $50.00or they can be picked up at the resort for a charge of $10.00 with your Amenity Voucher. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to see you in the future.
