With direct access to the sand and sea, the Le Papillon condo is located in the brand new, and very upscale Le Papillon complex. Located on the WIDEST part of Simpson Beach, the beach in front of Le Papillon is crystal clear with no rocks, coral or grassy undergrowth. Lush landscaping, complete with palm tress, add to the beauty of the complex with it's tropical breezes and island ambiance.

The Le Papillon condo is a luxurious 1-bedroom condo with sleek contemporary lines and furnishings. Second floor with elevator access and beachfront. This cozy condo features everything required to make your vacation memorable and comfortable.

The kitchen is high end with black/gold speckled granite and stainless steel Bosch appliances. Kitchen includes wine cooler, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, blender, and a selection of spices and seasonings.

The living room's clean contemporary furnishings include a 40' LED TV with local IPTV (incl. sports, tv series, features movies etc.). The Sleeper's sofa sleeps 2 guests.
The bedroom offers a comfortable QUEEN bed, and beautiful sea views. Bathroom is spacious with a glass shower, and rainfall showerhead.

A large covered terrace with table & chairs is great for outside dining or sipping cocktails watching the sun set on the Caribbean Sea immediately in front of you.

Le Papillon is a private, secure electronic gated complex, and is sound protected with concrete walls, roof, hurricane resistant sliding glass doors and hurricane shutters. Complex provides a video intercom system for added security, and a Generator for island power outages.

Our host Jill was very attentive and personable. She made sure we had everything we needed! The accommodations are spectacular. Right on the beach with a large comfortable balcony. The entire unit was top notch. Looking forward to going back someday.

Quiet spot on the beach

Great appartment for couples or singles, right on the beach in a quieter spot of Simpson Bay. Gated parking and all necessary ammenities (washer, drier, fully equipped kitchen). Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of ocean waves.

Best Condo Location on Simpson Bay!

Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our return trip to SXM and loved staying in Le Papillon again! This 1 bedroom middle unit on the second floor was modern, well appointed, and comfortable - it had everything we needed. Property manager was super responsive and was able to bring us beach chairs right away! The sliders on the bedroom were effective and silent:) Nothing beat sitting on our lanai and watching all the ships, especially during the Heineken Regatta Race Week. Location of the condo is perfect for walking to the bridge and the Simpson Bay Yacht Club, or in the other direction to Karacters and Mary Boon's. We have stayed in this area many times and I will warn 1st-timers that one of the approaches to the condo has a drive up Simpson Bay Road which has its share of run-down homes, but we run along that road every day and the people and the area are totally fine. Always use caution and just follow the condo guidelines about locking up when you explore the great island:) Enjoy!
