Trash disposal: No liquids in trash except in sealed container. Roll trash carts out Sunday night for early Monday am pickup except holidays -Tuesday
The cleaning service will/must take extra care in cleaning common surfaces, door knobs, etc. as instructed.

Why they chose this property

House located in private deep water cove just off lake main water. Play at the house and on the lake is best, but quick access to most anything desired, beautiful mountain views, with many beautiful interesting places to visit on and around lake Keowee by boat or car.

What makes this property unique

Located on 4.75 private acres , wooded, swimming off docks , pleasure boat riding, water ski with kids, canoeing, tube riding, picnicking, sightseeing on lake by boat, privacy & quiet. Boat rental available locally.
