Gorgeous Stay!

We had a wonderful New Years at this property! The neighborhood is super nice & quiet and the location is great -- beautiful views and you don't have to battle with traffic through town. The house itself is beautiful and well situated for multiple couples, especially having 2 king beds! Everything was new, nice & luxurious. Plus the owners were incredibly nice & helpful and really cared about us having the best experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome stay and experience! First time in Sedona and it is outstanding. Owners were beyond helpful and the house was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teens. Perfect location and set up if you are going to visit this wonderful place! Highly recommend a visit and this house!

What makes this property unique

This is our first home in Sedona - after looking at over 50+ homes, this was the one. It was the location & views combined that first drew us in: quiet yet so close to shops, restaurants and trails and without the hassle of having to travel back and forth through the dreaded intersection of 89A & 179. We like to go to Whole Foods, right around the corner! Additionally, this is a newer development and all of the homes are on a near acre or more. We love this kind of privacy!
