• Pets are welcome, limit 2 dogs. No size or breed limit. $40 per pet per stay.

• There will be an extra charge of $25 per day and needs advance notice to heat the pool.

• Pool is cleaned once a week. The pool maintenance person will visit the property once a week between the days of Friday-Sunday without previous notice but won't bother anyone.

• We do not provide grilling facilities on the property, for safety reasons.
