We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Tampa! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlights—we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the outdoor space. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone booking through Vrbo or visiting the area!

Place was great and just what we needed! Pool was wonderful and clean, hot tub was a lovely addition, and overall cleanliness was good. Only negative is that the bed mattresses were really firm and could benefit from a mattress topper

Lovely comfortable villa, modern and clean

Exactly as described…perfect base for exploring Orlando and further locations in Florida….newly modernised and would highly recommend . We will definitely choose this again on our next visit….only slight negative was the BBQ could do with updating/replacing as it was old and small for a family of 4, just a small issue. Thanks 😊

Clean, tidy lovely Villa. Was absolutely perfect for us and a pleasure to come back to after a tiring day at the parks. Would definitely return. The pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you Polina!

Great neighborhood and convenience

House was really clean just as pictures showed. Pool was great! Very convenient location! Just a few things that would not be a deal breaker: shower needs caddy to place all of your toiletries and not place everything on the floor, AC restrictions to 73 degrees so it was hot in the house during a 95 degrees week, garage was not temperature controlled so it was impossible to use games due to really hot weather. Overall this was a great rental and I would rent it again. Thank you for making our stay in Orlando a great stay.

Great Location/Beautiful Home

We have stayed in this rental property before, very clean, several updates have been made to the house and also all brand new pool furniture. You are close to everything (grocery stores, target, Walmart) . Champion Gates is only a short drive with very nice restaurants. Polina and her management team are excellent and very responsive if you need anything. Couldn’t ask for a better home as it has everything for a family. Polina certainly takes pride in her home as it certainly shows it the minute you walk in. Will definitely stay again!
